He has a quite high chance to spawn whenever you get near one of his spots, and you can try the same spot again by logging off and on again. However, once spawned he's on a 30m cooldown time before he'll spawn somewhere else so you might have accidentally triggered that while running around.

The problem is that when I try to rejoin the game it tells me that it has lost the last save and everything I have done in the last 15 minutes has been lost and therefore it forces me to stop the game first so as not to lose my save. It's not normal

Make this build, the sniper can be changed to whatever you want, like another sniper I mean, and the backpack could also be a providence piece as well, you don’t really need such a optimized build

You could also do it with pistols but that takes more work to make lol

If you need more damage at first, use 4 directives and take off pistolero, and change the specialization to sharpshooter, change the sniper scope of your sniper to the specialization one and with that you get like 15 or 20% more headshot damage I think?

Zealot you can’t die basically, hotshot, already broken, but if you put like bighorn as your secondary if you equip zealot you can go full on run and gun, and with the modifier that gives you hollow bullets on your sniper, you deal more than enough damage to be one shotting enemies in legendary even with a bad build

Even if you do die during the end of zealot, you legit get revived with the explosion, and if you do it right in the middle of all the enemies, they all take like 3 million damage and you get back full health and armor

You aren't supposed to die to the boom, it leaves you at I think 1 HP.
the enemies in the explosion just stacks your armour back up.

The first time I died to the boom, I was actually well out of combat, so I know it wasn't a stray bullet.

There's actually a build in the spreadsheet called "red FI", that's a shooty healer, I highly recommend it for stuff like Countdown.
normally though, support builds aren't exactly in high demand, most teams prefer more shooty and less helpy.

Of course you need 60% chc total, but you can get that from gear stats and mods, you'd just rearrange things a bit. That 9.5% chc roll on the lmg is worth 19% chd, so that's what you're comparing against the dta.

And if you've got like 200% chd already that extra 19% is diminished to a third of its value

DTA has too much down time to be really useful in most situations.

while technically true, what's arguably more important is uptime, and the % amount that's available. I'd place them around even for third attributes given DTA should still have a higher uptime but DTH is a bigger %. it's splitting hairs given they're both worse than CHC & RoF though.

Guys, I’m trying to get tinkerers mask, but I feel like like I’m going insane for 2 reasons:

1. every god forsaken wave in this mission has at least 1-2 medics and I am struggling with handling everything coming at me and the revives.
   2: I like using lmgs however whenever I shoot maybe 5-7 bullets at anyone, immediately suppressed and yet half their shots still hit from blind fire.
   Any advice on weapon and or change to build? I’m running 6 red core 4pc striker, cheska chest with obliterator, and 1pc P/S for 10% armor on kill, so 20% with gunner.

Oh and primary weapon is pestilence so I still have some form of damage when they get suppressed and glory daze secondary so I can shoot snipers at a distance and or hit tiny hitboxes

Hey, it is what it is. I just have gotten use to it when the regular people that I started playing with quit on me and bounced from clan to clan and just said forget it. I will just play solo, one clan the leader was really rude, and the other clans didn't think what I was doing was important and that I had to drop what I was doing and join the raid ASAP. I use my controller on PC but I use an XBox controller. Now when I first got the game I saw my aim was super trash worse than a potato aim. Then one day my hand hit my moust and the screen moved and from that day to now which has been at least 5 yrs, I use my controller but aim with my mouse. So no aim assist problems.

You could try Hunter's Fury or Striker. Just normal SMG type builds. Lady Death isn't that great in PvE generally. Not sure about PvP though.

Shrap' is from Coney Island AP, and Healing is from Tidal Basin.
(Lau has the Pulse, and the EMP is from the other Roosevelt Island).

They are per-Agent, so if you want them on a new Character, you'll need to go run enough of the Manhunt to get the Skill.

yes because it's dmg output is very good. These days my sniper loadout is as follows

4 hotshot with backpack
perfect glass cannon
overdogs gloves
sr-1 as primary with determined, shroud as secondary

If you don't have the gloves or prefer not to use it, then just about any other exotic works well.
For example the centurion holster

I've been running a interesting combo rn with the liv mask and 2nd part rn since it puts a higher amount on both sniper and rifle I've beenable to work both guns into being leveled pretty conistently/getting pretty consistent damage between the 2
