I’m going off of memory i have atleast 200 days on 4 characters I take long breaks so sometimes patches come out and I have no idea what’s changed. lol. It's the hardest working Exotic that we have, and honestly? Probably the "best" overall, since it's workable in so many builds.
Just an A+ gear piece.

Even if you just get the long buffs, it's still worth using in a lot of cases.

-30% skill duration
-30% skill health
-30% skill haste
-30% skill repair
-# skill buckets™️
-3% armor regen

Short buff adds temporary core dependent boosts. so weapon damage, more skill efficiency, bonus armor.

if you do decide to swap builds, consider hunters fury with memento. they synergize really well

btw, all the bonuses listed are before you consider the other 5 pieces

Hi guys, TD2 at brooklyn, do you ever experience after got necronos hunter mask, not get last ash keys to open chest at dumbo ?

I haven't experienced that and I ran a few times hunters in Brooklyn for multiple people to help them out. However, you might be able to test it if it's a bug.. Make a new character if you have slots, boost it to 40, go to Bridge Settlement and ash chest. If you did all hunters, it should technically give you a key right in front of the ash chest. Doesn't really cost you a few minutes to try.

each bundle will allow you to buy individual pieces, unless its a full outfit. you can find those in bundles/apparel/outfitting. then on your main apparel tab, youll see the area where you can apply transmog or browse items currently available

Hunters need to be done in your session. If not you may have to kill the hunters again to get a key. ( in your session) if your not in your session go to the social menu and check. It may say return to your session. Then try again.

Loot every container in the world because it might have apparel items. Once you level up to 40, you get apparel keys every few watch levels, and I like to run through exotic sets when there are targeted items to farm from missions and open world areas so I can collect the exotic set style at least.

So, you unlock the modifiers by completing tasks during the journey. When you open up the season menu, tab over to the journey. There you will see tasks that you need to complete. If you scroll down along the tasks, you’ll see the rewards in the right. Look for the ones that give out the modifiers.

You’ll need to complete six tasks along each phase to claim the rewards for that phase of the journey.

Tier 0 decoy is 25s cooldown with 0 skill haste. I have 128% skill haste, so this should be instantly halved, AT LEAST. This makes it a 12.5s cooldown, even at tier 0.

25s ÷ 128% = 19.53

25s - 19.53s ≈ 6s decoy cooldown

I'm choosing not to factor in the tiers just to save myself sanity

Perfect. Drop a decoy, drop the artificer hive, it'll keep the decoy up and running. The build comes with BTSU as well. So I'll be an OC bot with sledge. Aegis decoy will work, with each tier the threat level goes higher. I can OC the decoy as well. My hive will come back quicker bc of BTSU. This is gonna be pure comedy I cannot wait 😂😂

Lol this wasn't a question of if there was server maintenance. I know where to check 😀 . This was an opinion question. I'm noticing things that other new players are seeing which are off-putting to new players, like game-breaking bugs and glitches. The main campaign is good with Battle for Brooklyn feeling like an afterthought to partially prequel the WONY expansion. Patch notes only reaching 1.12 in game menu. Much of the content is bugged in one way or another. And even with a couple cases open to resolve bugs making the game unplayable in some cases it feels pushed to the backburner. Isn't anyone else as passionate about these games as I am? Will we see a patch come in the near future? Or will they let their loyal fans rot while they lose new potential fans due to all the bugs..

In a group of two on Heroic in Summit with hard core modifier turned on. Third clan member joins with SHD exposed event active. They now have shd event and hard core active, everyone benefits from the shd exposed event but the game freaks out during the first cover to cover stalling everyone in a Rogue event. And sends everyone back to home screen.

I haven't seen the reset checkpoint option on the screen not work though. This will reset any challenges as well that were previously completed though, if you weren't aware.

there's no easy answer to that question.. you should show us the build, what set, what your build looks like even a screenshot from inventory screen would give an idea.. "I don't do enough damage" is hard to address

Basically it depends on the build and set is what your pure DPS expectation can be.. For example with Striker set you don't have to do a lot.. just point and shoot.. you put CHC/CHD on all gear, maybe 1 more blue core in addition to Memento one and high-end chest piece with obliterate and you will be hitting decently hard.

The other sets can do damage (I have Ongoing Directive for example that's decently close to generalist striker build) but it's a completely different way of getting to that damage. You have to apply status on enemy, when you kill them you start a chain of increased damage to bleeding enemies with hollow point rounds.

Heartbreaker can also hit hard but you have to play around it's own benefits, like pulsing enemies, as all your damage comes from enemies you pulse, or hit in the head which pulses them. But heartbreaker has synergies with other things where every time you pulse enemies you could CC them etc etc.. So you might sacrifice pure damage but are able to CC quite a few enemies before you do damage to them.

The point is, if you just look at by numbers, Striker will almost always be the highest, but other builds will give a lot more utility that will CC enemies or get it's power from a variety of circumstances AND help the team.

If you want pure numbers, you can go as high as 2m+ per shot on SMGs with all red Striker. So that's a lot of damage but pretty much zero survivability. So it's about finding balance too.

You can obtain it via DZ/Conflict/very occasionally the clan vendor (may be a bug), and "craft random brand" at the Crafting Station.

You don't need to complete any dlc, if you've reached lvl 40 and got your shd lvl back then just go to the matchmaking tab on the map menu and select countdown. Best to pick challenging difficulty.

Assuming you've tried talking to the quartermaster and they won't give you your shd watch, this might be an issue with boosting to 40. Only work around I can think of would be to create a new character, boost to 30, and work your way up to 40 the old fashioned way. You should open a support ticket though, might help them patch it.

skill damage does buff the status damage, because the status came from a skill

you can also test it if you want, just make sure to get the skill damage buff up before you apply the status because once you apply the status, the skill damage is snapshotted and won't make the status damage change when it's already ongoing

plus, capacitor (or shotguns for this matter) having dta helps the fire damage even further

i feel like this is such a common misconception (that status effects don't use skill damage) that i want to nip it in the bud right now

Hey. Sorry lads just looking for some helpi tinkering a gear set.
Still fairly new so bare with me

My main skills are the scanner pulse and striker drone, planning on swapping over to the jammer pulse but im currently running the hard wired set.
Ive seen a few online recommendations for the heartbreaker set but im debating if I should get rid of skill haste and the cool down time for the drone.

What do you guys revommend ?

if in a group, having someone run a sniper Determined build makes it a lot easier and faster.
Also having someone run Ongoing Directive helps (I use an Iron Lung build with the new Catalyst mask).
When it's time for the hunters just camp at the gate just before the yellow shipping container.
Combination of shock rounds from St. Elmo, Iron Lung, and foam chem launcher makes the hunters fight generally easy

If you're struggling before you get to the hunters there's bigger issues than dps

do you guys have the basic striker obliterate build?

if you have that one i guarantee you guys will have a shot after a few tries

the spawn locations are fixed each time, so you can learn where they are and strategize accordingly, your builds should be focused on damage

there are also runs on YT of people doing it, they're not going to be representative of a typical run but they do tell you the spawn patterns and the general area you should be playing in

have you tried logging out of uplay itself, then killing uplay from task manager? Sometimes I get similar issues that seem to stem from session problems. Killing uplay in this manner has so far fixed it for me

Grand Washington Hotel is invaded this week.
Perfect week to start the Nemesis project, or get that blueprint you been waiting for.

After you get the Tidal Basin piece , change mode for invaded stronghold back to invaded. Complete again for another nemesis piece (stronghold dependent). With any 2 pieces in hand set GWH back to invaded and the blueprint will drop. Nemesis can be farmed from Marksman Rifle Target Loot after that, regardless of project completion.
