So Angel is the broken one, Angel is the only hunter I killed where the encounter did not drop a key, I tried using another character but I have 0/8 of the keys on that one and I'd have to redo all 8 of them

Ubisoft support has ghosted me for 5 days and growing (and im expecting to get ghosted for months)

I think the only remedy is helping some new guy do his instance's hunter and seeing if the key drops but people aren't available

every other encounter dropped a key, angel only dropped the mask 😭

its 1 key per encounter, its impossible to get 2 keys per encounter

paranoid went off chasing some rikers like some genocidal toddler then despawned but the other 3 i killed dropped the key between them

It’s the only encounter where a key didn’t drop because I literally turned to my friend who joined me at the end to reap the rewards and we had a 6m argument of who got a key to figure out neither of us did

I am intrigued with Backfire.. I saw someone build a 100% bleed resistance build and Backfire was demolishing.. I'm curious does the talent still erode armor as well even with bleed resistance or not?

btw: the bleed resistence/hazard protection isn't needed anymore

if you go the whole 100% bleed resistence you still get a 1 milisecond of bleed blip (screen shake with your heart pounding sound) but it's so quick you just chuckle they couldn't totally get rid of it

what I'm trying to do is to make myself immune to bleed.. but I'm curious if the talent effect still erodes armor when it applies itself to me.

100% bleed resistance would prevent Backfire effect on my health but not sure about armor. Or you are saying @bold tiger that bleed doesn't really hurt you?

yeah, basically when they first introduced it, bleed resistance was a necessity
but some recent update to it makes it so it's just annoying but doesn't take as much armor as it used to

I’m running this with all max chd on everything and max chc on the mask and chest piece, the weapon is also max with dttoc and for the mods I have max chc and 2 max chd. My friend on the other hand only has the striker pieces max, is only expertise 2 and then the chest piece is fenris without even chd or chc, and his mods are like 2 chc that are at 4.5 and on chd that’s 11.2

The mask also has only the weapon damage and the chc maxed

It doesn’t make sense 😭

No like we both went to the firing range and at max stacks I was hitting 901k per hit and he was dealing 899k per hit on body shots, plus I’m expertise 12 and he’s expertise 3 so I have 9% more damage on my weapon as well on top of my build being fully optimized, is the difference really that minimal?

I have a question, about proficiency rank on weapon. I understand that, i need to keep using it to increase the proficiency. But when my character level up, i gain weapon with level higher than the weapon i'm using.
Should i used new high level weapon or keep using same weapon to increase the proficiency rank?
What about enemy, do they level up when my character level up? Or it is fine using low level weapon?

If you aren't level 40, don't think about proficiency and just upgrade your weapon since ennemy will level up as you level up until you reach level 40

Getting more weapon damage from the new weapon is more important

Perfect week to start the Nemesis project, or get that blueprint you been waiting for.

After you get the Tidal Basin piece , change mode for invaded stronghold back to invaded. Complete again for another nemesis piece (stronghold dependent). With any 2 pieces in hand set GWH back to invaded and the blueprint will drop. Nemesis can be farmed from Marksman Rifle Target Loot after that, regardless of project completion.

Provacator looks amazing reading it, but it isn't all that great, kept mine in an aegis build for now (hoping they adjust it in some fashion)
the birdie's quickfix is a backpack for reviving peeps at 50% damage resistence while giving the person you're reviving some sort of damage resistence as well, forget that percentage
but if you're at skill tier 6 supposedly overcharges you, in PTS didn't seem to have a cool down on the overcharge, pretty sure that's getting fixed when we finaly get our hands on it

I did legendary once and was basically running with folks from here.. they were giving me the rundown on legendary and it was on Tidal Basin.. I don't think I'll run legendary as I see no point to increase difficulty so much for a possible higher chance of a max roll on mods. But that's me.. I like to enjoy myself and I blast on heroic with 1 or 2 directives which is my fun ground 🙂

can't really think of any reason why it'd get hung up there honestly. updating was the only thing came to mind, like if you were able to play yesterday and today it gets hung up could've been a stealth update today that fixed a few things that they deemed neccessary to fix immediately

Honestly I had it uninstalled for a while and decided to re download even updated ubisoft

figured it should run regardlessly unless your machine was trying to run 1 version previous to what the servers consider current

only reason i asked about steam, i don't see steam in your taskbar. i see epic and ubisoft connect. so was just trying to make sure you weren't running division 2 through ubisoft connect but have it run on steam instead

since i bought the game on steam this is my ubisoft connect options one is to run through ubisoft connect the other through steam

yea I had it closed when i took the picture I saw a post about epic but I never had it on epic

never heard of it being on epic honestly. only remember for the longest time it was all ubisoft connect, then recently we could buy it on steam and play through steam as well

steam runs but it goes into ubisoft connect i think to verify you own a division 2 on your account then runs the game
basically i think steam just runs the ubisoft connect version in a long about way
