Don't bother focusing on a build though, just use whatever drops with the best stats. Builds are for when you hit level 40.

there's probably some youtube videos to explain them. The game itself does give you tutorials when you first unlock each feature, and you can figure a lot of it out just by playing around with them

but again, they're all endgame stuff you don't really use much during the levelling process since every item you find will rapidly become useless as you gain further levels

Did you have Striker equiped? Proficiency levels don't give rewards, it's just the game telling you "hey, you leveled up Proficiency on that item"

Well, once you get all your Proficiency levels, your Striker gear and any other Striker gear you will ever get will be Proficient

That will let you Level it up through Expertise, but that is a very long and costly grind so

If you don't have literally anything else to do, I guess you can focus on getting your Expertise up

For mid-range dps, most players run high end ARs because there aren't any particular exotics that are better for general purpose damage output. Chameleon works best at short ranges, plays more like an smg than an ar in practice (and also requires quite a lot of stacking to teach its full potential)

Hey hi, so yesterday i did my first attempt to Tidial Basin legendary and holy shit that took me hours but haven't finished it. Stuck on final stage/area wiping it for two hours, at the end we kite in corner room but it felt like extended agony.
So question to you guys is what's best/optimal setup for that fight over there. Any tactical hints how deal with it properly?
PS. Stack in gas room was awful but I see advantage of doing that.

One of the faster runs I've done was in thanks to a player that was running a FB/Tank Build.
If I remember correctly, it was 4 P FB, Pointman, and a backpack with Adrenaline(?)
(Seemed like it, with how he was immediately gaining Armor Stacks everytime he stood within distance of an enemy unit.)

He was maining the Bulwark and the Liberty.

We ran to the leftmost corner of the map, of the final portion, which seems to be one of the most optimal places to be (in my opinion); where the Tank was able to well, "Tank" most of the incoming damage, reviving us when needed, and of course, providing us with that needed armor every 27+ seconds or so.
With the Liberty, he was putting out a consistent stream of damage - so that was nice as well.

I very much doubt that the devs would put in a diminishing returns function on decon'ing.

You suspect they did, that is very different from being able to prove it.

If you wish to confirm it, could do some testing.

The issue with youtube is more that in div2 it's....incredibly math focused. So a small problem can quickly snowball.
and even with good intentions, Youtubers can get something wrong because they rarely fact-check and test out to peers before release.

The weekly invaded missions are those red missions on the map, they are at end game WT5 or level 40 in DC. Clear them weekly and some bounties also give points + CP3+ as well.

Razorback always drops a key so 5 more clears after first key run and you can open it again. Otherwise you can let the group know and someone else may get it and share it with you. Also, I assume when you say “match up” you are not referring to matchmaking as there is no access to the rewards crate in matchmaking, so no chance at the eagle.

World Tier 5 is actually the cap, after that you need to travel to NYC and complete the expansion and then World Tiers are removed and replaced with Lvl 40.
