Well, English is becoming the universal language that everyone communicates with. She is right to know it helps to learn it. But its still good practice to respect other peoples backgrounds for us that don't know other languages. Even better to try and reach a middle ground in the absence of language.

I tried iit on all its settings, and Balanced seems to be the best to play it on, gets roughly a 40+ FPS in most areas. It has a Fidelity + RTX mode but it tanks frames to 30- at times. Im spoiled so I cant handle less than 60 fps so I keep it on Balance since it its tolerable.

As far as other great shows, In/Spectre season 2 FINALLY came out, so far its been pretty good. The Last Summoner is off to a great second season also. Ningen Fushin has been exciting so far, as well as Handyman Sautou.. Tale of Outcasts was a different anime but still worth watching for me, same with Neir Automota

The devs got paid. And enough people are buying the game to appease investors for future products from the dev team. It is entirely a matter of principle for me. Even if it did have an actual impact, the devs would now all have atleast 3 years of experience under their belt, enough to fill the quota to take up some space in all the open senior positions that are not being filled due to a shortage of seniors.

I personally just don't agree with it. I won't force you either. My objective isn't to change the boycotts group opinion in one fell swoop here. It's a learning experience and nothing more. If it doesn't change your opinion on it then its whatever. You enjoy the rest of your day and hopefully one day you will try out the new game and enjoy it as much as you did when you watched one of the films for the first time. I certainly feel like I will enjoy it the same way after watching a streamer play through the beginning.

This is completely untrue- Eagle bearer, Regulus, Ravenous, and the Bighorn are exclusive to their drop areas, those being the Dark Hours raid bosses/final chest for Eagle Bearer, the Iron horse bosses/final chest for the Regulus and Ravenous (provided you have finished the Regulus's quest, that is), and named enemies on legendary difficulty in Bighorn's case. They will not drop anywhere else, until the next update where the raid exotics will be able to drop in the dark zones.

Crafted weapons and weapons from quests can drop from other sources after you have their blueprint, but the raid weapons and the bighorn are locked to their raid/difficulty.

If possible check for local deals/pricing, the 12100F is basically the same as the 13100F but often fair bit cheaper, the relatively larger price in crease on the 13th gen version is absolutely not worth very very tiny speed increase on it
Otherwise with some good deals the 12400(F) might not be far off which'd of course be miles better than both

I also think that while 16GB is getting quite minimal in new builds nowadays, I don't feel like the price class of that build justifies more RAM like Jd said as the price difference doubling that RAM would far better go towards getting a 12400F instead of a 12/13100F, unless you very specifically need that much RAM

Also check for local deals/pricing, often the RX 6600 XT / 6650 XT, or depending on your region maybe even the 6700 (or higher) can be same price or less than a 3060, while being substantially faster in most ways, unless you specifically need an NV-only feature (like CUDA acceleration or you're into say deep learning tasks utilising the 12GB VRAM + tensor cores on it)

And check for deals and pricing for 1TB SSD alternatives, often nowadays I find a lot of 500GB SSDs that are practically the same price as 1TB variants in the same series, as it's getting more common

It's pretty balanced and great value tbh overall, there's only potential changes that depend on say regional pricing (like again for example if an RX 6700 XT is similarly priced as a 3060 Ti that might be a better deal, my previous GPU was a 3060 Ti as at that point only a 6600 XT was similarly priced which'd be worse, but later a friend got a 6700 XT instead because at that point it was same price)

1000w is excessive nowadays with the reduced power consumption on modern hardware; 850w is sufficient for expansion. SLI and multi-GPU setups have basically gone the way of the dodo, as have RAID arrays. Most builds are going to come in around the 500-600w mark, so 850w gives enough headroom to dump whatever else you want to in there.

The combination of CPU power drop, lack of optical drives, shift to lower draw M.2 drives, etc basically puts the power draw at the same point it was to begin with.

Also consider that a US home with a 10A breaker (pretty common on older homes that I’ve worked on) will likely throw a breaker if you start to approach that 1000W mark. 850w has been a safe place for single GPU builds for a very, very long time.

Took away the 'Enduring' weapon skin from the 'black market' and 'replica' versions of the AK-M rifles, 'Manic' named version too. Looks the same with the 'Biohazard' skin for the SIG 716, except the replica's didn't get the shaft. Why have exotic level skins for basic non-named versions only?

That would be a difficult list. Each genre tailors to different tastes, and that alone is a nightmare to rank. Some people like stealth more than action, so Splinter Cell would be more favorable to them but then they may hate how the series progressed into a more action oriented direction with Conviction (for example).

@left anvil Had that a few years ago, ended up being due to my xbox controller. If it was on before I started the game it threw my settings off randomly, regardless if it was my mouse or gamepad. If it was off before i started the game then it was fine. A patch soon fixed it for me though.

Thats just part of driving and the vehicle your in at that time. My 328i feels like its doing 60mph at a 100. But yet my old Frontier felt like it was about to fall apart at anything above 65mph. Also helps on the road conditions too.

The Des2 subreddit is a big drama factory, people were dunking on Last Wish when it dropped too, and that's now considered probably the best Raid we've ever done, at least top 3.

i'll save my final thoughts on strand for when the raid launches, but for now its not terrible. Definitely can be improved and i'll very rarely be using the grapple grenade now that its cooldown isnt what the campaign made me believe

currently a few of the key subclass fragments (whatever they are this time) are locked off until 3/7 and the world's first raid completion, which will help all classes get that last bit of their strand kit.

its cooldown is def a holdover from stasis's "darkness abilities have higher cooldowns" which has been continued in strand

even at t10 disc, grapple is about a minute of waiting for something that has a pretty good chance to bug out and refuse to work

base cooldown for grapple is a minute 45, with t10 disc bringing it to 52 seconds.
