When the new season came out, I prototyped one of my prize pieces that had a 13% protection from elites mod on it. The prototype process deleted the mod and removed the mod slot from the backpack. I submitted a ticket and was told, sorry, we had a bug that we have fixed and it won’t happen again but we can’t fix your backpack and we can’t replace the mod. It literally took me and my clan a year of farming to get the right attributes on that backpack and even more to get the 13% PFE mod! All gone because of a bug and really poor QE/testing.

The mission board is not indicative for finding players for the mission, you get thrown into a pool of players mm for the tier. So you end up in a different mission than you wanna play 90% of the time (unless it is DCD this week, everyone and their mother players DCD only)

retal matchmaking is based on world difficulty, make sure you have it on at least challenging(heroic is quicker mm) and legendarys can be slow if its not the weekly legendary project, but will get groups

Mark trash as junk to donate for expertise, if you are swimming in cash buy some stuff to donate for expertise. Only bother with guns or named gear as i said the brands only give 10%.

Donate excess materials for expertise of things you dont have or really dont want to use. That includes skills and signature weapons/classes.

Otherwise it is extremely slow

If you're starting out trying to level your expertise, it's actually a better bang for your proverbial SHD level buck to spend them on Credits instead of printer filaments or anything else. With filaments it takes roughly 54 SHD levels to get an item to max. If you instead go to the store and buy 20 items and donate them it takes about 5 SHD levels for items that cost 8478.

Yes, it's limited help for sure! You can only do this to vendor items, and the offerings are random. But in the beginning? It might be worth the effort to get some early Expertise levels

My community objective rewards were literally showing some palisade backpack or something, not the mask, etc.

After re-starting the game I was able to see the right rewards again and I was able to collect my community cache

The in game description is really all we have. In short, it builds up a charge of sorts, you can then transfer it to enemies with cover-to-cover moves or using melee and that supposedly does something beneficial (if it's a damage amp, it's not super noticeable).
