Usually is like, keep nameds and exotics and the essential builds like striker. Everything non exotic below lvl 40 or not yellow/green/red is removed.

Red rarity (Exotics) = Keep a minimum of 1 copy of each unique exotic.
Green rarity (Gearsets) = Keep 1 of each of the 6 unique armor pieces per green rarity set; swap out old pieces with pieces that have stats that better suit you.
Yellow rarity (High-Ends & Named High-Ends) = Probs keep 1 of each Named High-End piece, whilst basic High-Ends are up to your discretion based on if it provides stats and bonuses and playstyles that fit in with you or not---

And keep any gear mods that have high percentages to them; even rarer to get high percentage/perfect gear mods than literally any exotic out there fr.

Sheriff doeesn't have a blueprint. It's a climax exclusive.
However with the other two, those are completion rewards and you should have gotten them by now; given that you play Retaliations regularly and you aren't getting any drops anymore

Ask the Ubisoft official support if that's the case, bugs like that aren't uncommon

I think you mean Countdown/Retaliation/Summit, but yeah pick which one you want, Countdown will be the easiest though, since you can matchmake into a team of 8.

Just play it on Challenging, and make sure you pick your TL (targeted loot) right.

When you upgrade existing weapon from regular to Prototype, it preserves all the stats. If you have DTOC, it will be DTOC. Just not 15%.

Prototype gear seems like it's in an early form right now
there's no way it stays this same way for very long

my guess is that the requirement will be dropped to 10 or 20 because 30 is a monumental grind that really only no-life players can reasonably achieve

No, all attributes increase. Core attribute is alwaya max-rolled, the rest is RNG but better than your previous rolls.
