Turmoil is better for speedrunning easy content, on tougher enemies the whole 'takes twice as long to kill the enemy you're targeting' thing is more of a problem.
If you really want to run them then high single target dps like strikers is the way to go

Generally we recommend full red and just learn to avoid incoming damage through better positioning.
If I'm running turmoil it's generally The Sacrifice chest, turmoil and 4pc striker, all red/crit stats. Lex and iron lung for weapons

Striker chest is generally only worth running when you've got extremely tanky enemies to build/maintain stacks on, since they build slower and decay faster

Chest piece talent would be hallelujah!, where each hit gives weapon dmg and handling stacks.

yes, in the locked room there is another lock box (just inside the vault)

you need the 3 pieces before the blueprint drops afaik for the first time

after that you can keep crafting them from the pieces without needing to pickup the blueprint again

So I've been playing with a group of people and what they've been doing is the first two stages of the Krampus bounty. They just kill the minions and get the keys and then reset it and keep on doing it that way and what they should have did. The developer says once you kill Krampus and all the minions you get a certain amount of keys. So this is where I'm asking. Why are people cheesing the Krampus bounty

Summit is just, a worse version, since you'll get a good drop every 10 floors. Countdown is WAY faster than summit, so if you don't mind queueing with randos do it! Unless you don't have ps+ like me, so get a good build together, and go into it on normal.

Even with the usual raid 1 shot builds it would still take a load of work with BLB stacking. You'd essentially need to mark almost every target with BLB and then let the others in a group kill the ads thru the bounty until you reach the target. Some get taken back over time but the map stays mostly green. I like it that way because they make nice fast travel points. And the friendly supply convoys they spawn are also fast travel points.

Several of them are definitely a step tougher than most other content, might render usually effective builds or playstyles ineffective.
Anderson's one isn't too bad when you get the hang of it, just need to focus objectives first and bring a build with some toughness/regen (eg memento)

Recruiter and Stovepipe final boss battles rather awkward too, definitely don't feel bad about turning down the difficulty

Most players either don't do or can't do raids. Or don't know about them.

With an 8 man raid team each having several chances to get an Eagle Bearer drop from the raid the chance is actually quite high to get one.

One small note to add is that you're more likely to not get it from the raids when opening the boxes. Basically each time 1 person pulls from the box, they have a 90% chance to not get the raid weapons (Regulus on IH is an exception). Each box pull has a 10% chance to gift the exotic. Each roll is exactly the same, each person has a 10% chance to get and 90% chance to not get. Having 8 players means you'll have 8 shots at getting the gun. Another note too is that each character can run the raid once per week and clear it once and receive all 5 keys in one go. Second run on the same raid clear week will result in only 1 key awarded for clearing the raid. With the winter event, you have an 8% chance to pull an exotic and that's from the entire exotic loot pool. You have a 92% chance to not get an exotic. It's nearly the same odds as opening a raid chest and you can farm the bounty quickly for winter keys. This makes these bounties for raid exotics the new best temporary farm for them (ravenous not included)

• another thing I didn't go in depth on is EB isn't an 8% chance, nor is Reg + Ouro. Each of those exotics have I think a 3% chance to drop on each of those weapons from winter Caches. Somebody will have to correct me if I'm wrong

Recalibrate only swaps the specific stat/talent you select.
The thing that rerolls all the stats is called Reconfigure, and it's only for exotics.
As for the best talent, that depends on your build. Killer and measured are generally strong options in most cases though, although not killer if you're not maxing crit chance.

Instead of wandering through the contaminated zone you can get up on the side of that building via a long ladder. On top, you'll see a low wall with a gap. When standing in front of it you can throw a grenade to the left which will get the present. Saves you some time

it's not weapon lvl, it's Proficiency. And you level it up by using it or by donating junk to Expertise.
When you reach Proficient on an item you unlock the ability to apply Expertise to it. Expertise, on gear, adds a % of each gear's base armor. On Weapons, it adds a % of a weapon's base DMG.
That summarizes to Expertise on Gear is useless and on Weapons it's nice to have but not mandatory.

What you're observing is why healers are generally bad to run, especially in harder content. People try to carry over the holy trinity builds from MMOs in Division (healer, tank, dps). But in Division tanks can't hold aggro by casting spells or interrupting boss attacks. Healers can't outheal enemy damage so DPS need to play as if there's no healer anyway.

The strongest support you can play is CC. That'll really help DPS b/c it interrupts enemy attacks and keeps them in one place for DPS to shoot them.

I think the main question is what the damage source is considered to be: turmoil only splits the bullet damage, so I'd assume it wouldn't count explosive stack damage as that isn't from the bullet itself.
(I'm assuming that, likewise, it doesn't split pesti stack damage for the same reason)

100% WD does work but it’s not a really a lot on Rav.
The thing that makes Rav super niche but powerful against armored targets is the 100% amp you get from it.

I use ravenous consistently. I always just spam max stacks right shoulder and do a quick left shoulder pop and go back to firing from right shoulder. Basically all you need to know is right shoulder is for the burst damage, left shoulder is for the bonus armor and amplified damage to armor plates I'm pretty sure

Hi guys, I've encountered a strange thing with a friend, for some weird reason his dmg(overall) is throttled when he's playing with me, do keep in mind i am shade level 270 and hes almost 1000, and I told him that it might be because the game balances both of us, but then he told me that he played with another friend which is around 100-150 shade level and didn't encounter the same issue, does anyone know what could cause this?
