Biggest thing I think the Dark Zone would need is the Arc treatment where the DZ is pre-baked every time you join. It should be full of hyper-lethal traps and loot every time, with each session you join being a matchmade experience.

Well everyone saying and telling me to use equalizer for my striker build

But instead of equalizer since I don’t have cause I accidentally deleted it I use ceska chest armor piece

It is good, but it all depends on your build. Honestly, the loss of a ceska piece is going to hurt, since gearsets like striker only have 1 attribute slot, you are kinda hunting for crit chance to get as close as you can to that magical 60%.

A very popular combo these days, is to throw the Overdogs Exotic gloves with a striker setup, or even the old Coyotes Exotic Mask, but don't feel like an exotic is mandatory.
You can experiment a lot in div2, and striker is quite versatile.

If you reset your map's control points, they're more likely to spawn.
I've always had a lot of luck with them exiting near Capitol Hill, but slightly north.

Guns are all basically modded the same when it comes to crit damage builds: all crit chance, with the +20 mag.

you can get most of the mods in the game from control points at Lvl 3/4 (so challenging/heroic), but whichever one of those two you pick, you always get a single blueprint as a reward.

You maybe be able to get it from hyena cache boxes. That was the original method although that might have been closed

You need to fix the bugs where life regenerates when playing solo or in a group. 70% x doesn't allow you to regenerate and you die because of this bug.

Another bug is that abilities get stuck in the avatar's hand and don't activate on the first try, only on the second attempt. This leads to death or having to change strategies without planning.

After a season ends, those exotics usually get added to the general loot pool. You can just farm them on Countdown. I've gotten like 3 Elmos out of it.

The targeted loot is whatever the weapon category is, AR for Elmos, LMG for Pestilence/Bluesceen, MMRs for Dread Edict, Nemesis, you get the idea. It's all RNG, don't expect to get it easily.

Heroic is still only a 7% drop chance, but that's from named enemies. All others are unknown, as far as I'm aware. But any enemy can drop an Exotic. I've even gotten some from Red bars before, as well as purples.

It's just rarer than from named enemies.

Not necessarily, Countdown is great in the sense that you have the benefit of insane loot volume. But you need to factor in time taken and effort put in. Retaliation might be better since it guarantees an exotic cache every run (only on Heroic, tho), and usually takes about the same as Countdown.

Really, I would only do Countdown if you're also farming for other stuff at the same time. Otherwise, Retalation is allegedly better for farming Exotics, or so I hear.

If it's any consolation, I had to farm Summit for nearly a week before I got Memento. And this was before Countdown was even a thought bubble in some Dev's head. I know the struggle, but you'll get it eventually. Just be patient.

I too was not happy with the 8 Acosta backpacks I was getting at the time.

The problem is that incorporating takedowns in a game like Division 2 would be nearly impossible. And not for technical reasons. It would be a pain in the ass to balance appropriately given how heavy the game is laden with RPG mechanics that contradict that kind of gameplay. Also, stealth in Division 2 is functionally impossible. Enemies will spot you almost immediately after starting combat, and breaking line of sight long enough to maneuver behind them can be difficult. Breakpoint is a lot closer to a mil-sim than Division 2 is.

Once you get to the endgame of div2, you start to value completing what you're doing faster, and the only thing you can improve once your TTK is down, is getting to the next bit quicker.

it has 2 parts, the short term buff (10 seconds) and the long term buff (5 minutes), you just need 30 trophies to max out the long term buff and as long as you keep collecting at least 1 every 5 minutes you keep the long term buff going
