Each faction has a set pool of them.

Difficulty affects the drop rate.

Heroic kill squads have a 95% drop rate, challenging is 90%.

It's always been pretty bad, due to the simple fact of: not enough enemy density compared to Countdown/Retal.

Quality? Hard to beat, due to being able to play it on Legendary+10 Directives.

ah, i couldn't say honestly, but from what i've read depending on what you use for your pieces to gain your chance (looking at coyote) you want to either be as close as you can to 60% without going over it and seems like a double ratio of your chance to damage at minimum

if you have 50% crit chance, you will be usually hitting crits 50% of the time with some variation of up and down

On average, over a large sample every second hit will be a crit.

However this could mean you hit 20 in a row and then 20 non crits

Think of it more like a coin toss (negating that a coin toss has a 1% bias due to flipping)

You could get 10 of the same side in a row, or alternate each flip.

Just tried running a Refactor build and I can’t be the only one who thinks it’s overrated 😂 Not to mention it’s a pain to farm/setup. Like when it works it’s fine but half the time your striker drone is doing some dumb ass shit. One can be found inside a mission, the other 2 is just somewhere around the hyena zones. General thing to know is that each zone (Federal Triangle, East Mall, and Judiciary square) is only a part each. So if you have that part done you’re good to never come back

There is not much difference if they turn it off. You can go rogue yourself if you want to kill them.

If all they're doing is going rogue to loot a pick box, they likely have no idea they can be killed for doing so. Or they do and are choosing not to fight you. As you mentioned once here, you're a new player, so they likely have no idea that being rogue means they can be killed by other players

Additionally, you can choose to go rogue yourself by holding T or the map button on Controller

I know, the game explains that much at least, just the way I understood it once you go rogue you won't be able to go back to "non rogue" till you exit DZ, turns out that's not the case, and you can turn it on and off via a short timer that is 45 sec

Getting SHD agent kills as a rogue will increase your timer. Eventually when you kill 5 agents as a rogue, you'll reach manhunt status, and your rogue status will be elevated. Manhunt status puts a massive target on your back and will full reveal your location on the map

If players show up choosing to be rogue police for the day, they may come hunt you down to end your streak

You'll get the mods from side missions automatically. If you are missing any then they are probably the ones you acquire through farming control points at alert level 3/4. Check the crafting bench to see whether you have any available to craft under mods
