When playing Fullscreen, the system doesn't render the desktop behind the game. If the game locks up it will cause the system to freeze as it has to suddenly render alot of stuff that didn't exist before.

Playing borderless prevents this as the desktop is still rendered in the background.

Tagging is fine as long as I'm green, pretty much. Same goes for most of us mods, we're fairly chill with it.
It's just when it's red I don't want to have to disable all notices for the server.

about builds though: I'm kinda struggling to work out exactly how a build could be more complex but still approachable, we're already juggling so many unmarked and misnamed stats that it feels like fusion core era warframe sometimes.

i think making a "build" in the division 2 can be fairly easy and done quickly, which isnt a bad thing, but it would be cool if there is more complexity to maybe crafting items or altering items, that could add more spicyness, like being able to gamble items to make them more powerful or maybe getting stats that you dont want, this could add a layer to like godrolls and maybe ruin them or make them even better, which could be intressting for players that play the game more frequently

maybe i have been playing too much poe2 lately but it would be cool to have like more mixed hybrid builds as to whats in div2 rn

If you want to see div's version of that, think of what div was like before Retaliation/Summit/Countdown/Targeted Loot was a thing.

depends on what you're doing tbh. Countdown is quick to queue, but trying to get a group for stuff like legacy manhunts via in game matchmaking is a fool's errand

Running countdown (targeting loot for either receiver components, or fabric depending on your need) combined with watch levels is the best way I have found, I usually get 4 watch levels per countdown run, and a crap ton of drops

you're likely looking for the "Questioning Authority" Comm for the Merry Hunter mask, found northeast of the Castle landmark near a carousel/merry-go-round, or a general Hunter puzzle in the West End/Downtown area, which often involve specific emotes (like Jumping Jacks), night-time triggers (after 9 PM), and shooting targets in sequence to spawn them, with the Castle area potentially near related comms or puzzle elements.
For the Merry Hunter Mask (East Mall/Castle Area):

Find the Comm: Head to the East Mall, northeast of the Castle, to find the "Questioning Authority" Comm near a merry-go-round.
Trigger the Hunter: This is part of a larger puzzle, often involving the Merry Hunter (or "Lumen" Hunter in some guides) which requires specific actions after 9 PM (in-game night).

You need to clear an area of red activities/CP's for them to spawn more frequently.

Think of the space between the CP's as a kind of bubble, and in that bubble the Supply Drops can spawn.

Try waiting 10 minutes (logged in or out doesn't matter), and travelling to the DZ south, then walking away from the entrance to it.
That's a great spot to get them to spawn in without bugs.

The Wraith, Ghost, Midas and Revenant are bugged. I did everything correctly step by step. Exact time everything. I tried logging out and logging back in. Tried a different character. Nada. Do some require in a group for them to spawn ?

You can try to join someone on their map sometimes that fixes it as long as they haven’t done it yet on their map

also, did they ever debunk that certain weapons cause the spawns to just break completely? (sounds stupid I know but if fragile armor can break a mission, anything is possible)
