because the events aren't active for long enough for it to be an issue.

It only happens in retaliations (which is a new mode) and only when you do things a certain way. If it was intentional, you'd be able to activate them normally without roundabout ways of doing it.

It's always been the case that seasonal modifiers and event modifiers are seperate and unable to to active at the same time.

Well to me it seemed common sense to give it a try if it could be activated, it could so I used it, Retaliation is a unique mode with unique rules, I guess you do you, I like running both 🙂

I don't care what you use personally, I don't use modifiers outside of completeing the journey objectives or finishing the reward track for seasonals.

The point is that it's not supposed to work that way and will likely be fixed in fuiture as Retaliation is a permanent mode.

The spreadsheet pinned in #td2-build-advice doesn't have a list of just those items, but if you search the 'named weapons' and 'named gear' tabs for those with a drop location of 'special event hoarder' you'll find them.
Many are just flavour items that aren't much use in gameplay, Harvest is probably the top choice as it's the hardest-hitting non-exotic pistol in the game.

It's basically saying that there's a 10% chance you get a named item from a cache. And then AFTER that there's a 5% chance for all the ones listed.

Or shoot their pouch and stun the whole area.
There's a number of solutions to get around them.

I think what makes Hyenas more annoying is their helmeted types are rushers. So they close distance on you and force you to deal with them. For True Sons LMG dudes (for example) you can just sorta position around them until you're ready.

You get used to it over time. Hyenas used to cause me grief but now it's no problem.

You'll learn all their twitchy movements and when they slow down and when it's a good time to aim.

hey guys i just redownloaded the division 2 and i wanted to know a couple things but one thing i wanna know right now is. I have 1 character but i wanted another character a female one and if i make that can i just reach level 30 and then stash all my stuff from my old character to this new one and use it on that ? please let me know

The only way to have all ur things in the other characters is vía the stash

Put everything u want Transfer in the stash and login in the other character to get everything u put in there

will i have to level up first to 30 to even use the gear sets and what not or can i just start fresh on new character and then instantly have the stuff and use them?

u r coming at very good time, season xp event, xp event, stretch goals all just within next 3 weeks then a whole new season as well

You can transfer gear through the stash, you can share blueprints and crafting materials, shd lvl, expertise and recalibration library are shared, but you'll need to refarm spec points and e-credits and maybe one or two other things

Depending on which dlcs you own you can potentially boost a new character straight to lvl 30 or 40
