Once you kill a warhound or if it doesn’t spawn in that area, go to the next spawn spot to try again, and then log out and then log back in to reset the spawn chances

Those warhounds can be pretty annoying to kill, so at your level it might be harder

The warhound names are also random, so you won’t get the right kills needed all the time to activate the bounty and will have to keep farming the right spawns. I would keep the bounty matchmake active while you farm

The Houndsman boss can also be tricky at your level as well, since it’s a Hunter. Being in a group would be very helpful since if you die, the bounty is lost and you will have to do it over again

If you're asking if we as Agents got more OP: yes, and have been for quite some time.
The devs have actually mantioned this, and is a big part of the reason why Expertise 30 is the hard cap, as the start of a way to limit us from completely breaking the game.

Side note: dtooc being the only real choice as a 3rd Attribute is also being looked at.

i feel like the game is already "completely broken" in terms of powerlevel. ive been playing division on and off for many years, since its release. ive never been more powerful than i am now, and its not because of expertise level. i have barely any of that- its the overall effectiveness of perks and combos and etc that keep scaling higher and higher every update.

some many years ago the dream was god roll high end red dps build and u would be far and beyond anything else. now that build is simply mid in comparison for heroics and raids

with a side note, i think its extremely important that the player feels powerful in any RPG / ARPG / looter (shooter) game.

however there is very little challenging content left outside of the more sophisticated raids.

realistically i dont even get to put my builds to the most effective use because targets are melted before my combo is even applied, from other teammates who are also insanely powerful

why mark a target with negotiator if that target is insanely evaporized by some gigachad

This hit on a good point. I pointed this out to soulz and chow ages ago. When HH builds first came out and it was considered "new" or lots of people didn't have it, I didn't either. In MMing and in shepherding both, HH players were kicked commonly. Others say it was "sus cheating" no, I spoke with these "kickers" I didn't know what hh was, after all. The most common opinion was "when someone is det/hhing, we cant play. no stacks, no shooting, no fun." In solo, this is fun, just remember other people want to have fun too. 1 tapping the game, has the same fun as action replay

theres a backpack too that does something, just cant remember. its an exo -_- anyway red cores and WD directly respond to grenade dmg. so quite a few backpack talents. I learned all this testing how to buff signature weapon dmg for chungus RP. part of the chungus roleplay was fabricating hive effect. which ment vile, which ment grenade dmg

btw: the 3 strongolds (dua, capitol, roosevelt) will 100% the 3 factions into retaliations. the missions for each faction gives you so much each run so it'd take say 3 missions to fill up their retaliation meter

in case you ask about riker/cleaner for retalation you either have to goto WONY or BFB to get those but if you don't own either of those then summit and pray your run into them enough

But like...maybe it's just because I've been playing BF6 and Arc Raiders, but is it just me, or is the sound design kind of...awful? It's an MMO, the audio/surrouding audio, isnt designed on csgo or val or even cod level. additionaly, MMOs are notorious for reused assets and low budget enviroments. a korean mmo will let you learn quickly which type you perfer. there is a crap ton more in an mmo design than cod or val. just remember things are prioritized, keep critism realistic. you wouldnt want the devs to pull a bruce all mighty, listen to the player and sudden the game flatlines

@cold narwhal It should be noted, that "rogue-like", refers tp a game similar to Rogue, one very specifically where dying makes you go back to the start with absolutely nothing.
Rogue-lite means that you retain some aspect of your journey throughout, like in Descent where you can get upgrades overall that persist.

Descent is not everyone's cup of tea, but there's also absolutely no reason to play it yourself if you don't care about the Vindicator Exoitc, those outfits, and the comms. Those are the only things that are locked to it.

cause it does the exact same thing as hotshot, but less damage per shot. less damage per shot goes to several problems. if you shoot a helmet guy your buildup takes longer. for hotshot + MMR, typically you need only 1 buildup kill to then onetap an elite. 1886 you may need 2. finding targets and potentital to miss is higher. recovery when you lose stacks is harder. per shot damage being the key factor to generate nuisance.
why run the inferior version when a far better one exists.. and is super easy to make

this is further emphasized in group play, if you throw your stack it may be very tricky to restart your chain if teammates are grinding the enemy

I think it's important to consider this isn't 99% and I think our lovely division is a great example. So many of us have everything. But we play for social, to help, to good in PvP and make videos.

Reminds me of AC Unity. In ac unity there was only like 30 pieces of gear. However each gear was reusable and was a different tier level. IE what you wore determined the games difficulty. It's still today one of their greatest titles. An unironicaly it was multiplayer at one point

what is the point of sending loadout to stash if I have to pick out the pieces of individually for an alt character? If I send it to stash, I should be able to to equip the entire loadout from the stash. Did the devs not think of this when creating this feature?

pretty sure send/retrieve from stash is for storage purposes and inventory management on your current character
