Anyone else tried Virtuoso with the Pestilence? I have it with a Palisade Steelworks backpack with Blood Sucker talent. Also use Sawyers knee pads and Gunner spec. I would suggest running Summit with prio gear set to the type you're trying to fill. Worked for me.

Issue with countdown is that you would want to farm it on heroic for better rolls. And heroic CD is a bit of mixed bag. Eventually you can get all those mods by natural gameplay tbh, just run any content on heroic/legendary. I would suggest making some friends, they might share max mods too and what not if they drop.
