How to fix what, exactly? If you already boosted and want to go back and play the campaign, just create a new character and start from the beginning with them. If at some point you feel confident enough to want to jump back to the endgame, you can just switch back to your boosted character.

Countdown can get kind of boring, but its by far the most efficient target loot method. Otherwise I like to run district CP's when they have my desired target.

Skip Summit, its inefficient and extremely boring, an outdated mode, but to each their own you may vibe with it

With the determined talent you only need to hit one headshot to start the chain, then the rest of your shots automatically become headshots, it's like an aimbot but legal. If you hit an enemy with a helmet though then you'll need to re-aim for the head again until your next headshot kill.
Make sure you turn on reanimated in the event timeline tab of the seasons menu though, it boosts headshot damage massively.

And the headhunter makes this kind of build a beast, but you lose the hh proc with warhounds and enemies that don't have a head.

A few things to look for:

Although it is worth noting that the amount of Hunters scales with your Group Size+1, so a team of 2 would have 3, and a team of 4 is 5 Hunters.

It's decent, used in DPS builds generally (it has its own build which isn't the easiest to farm, to maximise tick damage, but can be used on regular dps builds too).
Easy enough to get, it's part of the usual loot pools and also drops frequently in the DZ.

@placid grail I use the Pestilence on a daily basis to clear control points etc. usually with 4-5 directives on, unfortunately as of today, the math's seems to be broke again, on heroic a control point should give 722520 point reward, i got 39000 on one run (no directives ), with 4 directives i got approx . 1 million instead of 1.4 million. A few NPC's were disappearing when shot , then re-appeared running a bit further up the street :-), try again tomorrow 🙂

@tender wave If possible could you post a link to the Pestilence build you spoke of, i get a max , on the range of approx 1.6 mill per tick and may learn something from the build you mentioned, TIA.

Try changing specializatioin weapon, changing your whole loadout, check if you have some of the pieces that the crate gives you (a capacitor and 4 rigger pieces), dump them in the stash if so... however, it might just not work and you're stuck with the crate until they fix it. It's a recent bug

Note that the xp rewards for projects and side missions scale with your level, while main missions (on story difficulty) have fixed xp. As such, it's worth saving as many side missions and projects as possible until you really need the xp to reach the level for the next main mission
