As for servers going down.... they may not be able to "tell us" outright themselves, but they should really get a web page on the Ubisoft Website that shows their global server status. Some people made such a website for Steam - not officially by Valve, but it shows all the Steam server status globally, Store, Community, regional hubs, everything relevant, so people can track it that way. It's a simple but good solution. When servers go down outside of maintenance, or during maintenance, people can simply look it up and see it, plain as day. Then people would be far less upset.

Not sure if I understand what you're asking, but your gear is separate, no gear in outfits so you won't see those items there, the outfits themselves are the cosmetics. You should be able to see the components of an outfit though, hat, shirt, eyewear, etc. and what's available. some you can get through events and what not, some are strictly purchase. There are a few you can purchase with Textile credits.

So are you trying to change the look of an outfit piece? You can't change that, if that's what you mean. Outfits don't have cosmetics for gear, so no holsters and things like that, that's why you won't see anything for those gear pieces. Some might have some weapon skins associated with them, I think.

The Steam store page has been cleansed of the product version images regarding what they include. Whereas the Ubisoft store page has them.

Digging around in here, i see some do have a backpack, or gloves, or vest and what not, but there is no separate tile, or tab, for those in the apparel section of the store for whatever reason, so no you aren't missing something in the interface. In Apparel, not the Store/Apparel, you should have tiles for gloves, kneepads, backpacks, etc. You can see what you own or hit the Discover Apparel suggestions to see what's available. Holsters doesn't have any yet, that I'm aware of, and the rest are not very extensive, unlike the stuff you pick up in the game.

@fiery beacon Each piece of the Nemesis comes from completing the Invaded version of a Stronghold (Roosevelt/Capitol Hill/DUA), with Manning Zoo awarding one random part that you don't have, once each time they're active.
You also need to get the blueprint from the first Named Enemy of the Grand Washington Hotel Invaded mission,(once you have any 2 parts of it) which is active this week.
They will drop once you've started the Project, by getting the first piece from Tidal Basin.

so tl;dr run Tidal and open the crate > break down the Adrestia > re-run the Invaded stronghold > and then re-run GWH.
then do whatever Stronghold is out the week tht it's out to get the rest over time.

yah @torpid garden .. you can also solve it by completely disabling all of directives.. let the game reload the instance with new settings, then log out and log back in.. this solved it for me. I was going ballistic with all the green crap dropping when I had special ammo directive on only... and then it would revert back to scavanged skills on next login

I played with special ammo and fog of war mostly and then once I turned on scavanged skills and it starts constantly reverting to it.. what solved it for me is disabling everything, and doing what I told you.. now I don' thave it dropping anymore and it's not activating scavanged skills again

Yes.. I actually really like how heartbreaker + exodus gloves + bluscreen looks. It looks very strong in legendary mode, helps the team and also keeps everything cc-ed. That’s the build I have to try. Also ongoing directive with hollow point rounds and bleed looks sick.

As the other objectives were all near Outcasts, I figured it out by spray-firing into a group and when the weakpoints were the common factor: solved.

It helps that you can see the 0/20 counter, so you know it's a specific type of enemy interaction.
Same as 0/3 is usually Activities, and 0/1 will mostly be CP/Bounty.

Anyone else find the new DLC coming out to be very underwhelming? Other than a "new" area, we're not really getting anything we don't already have. Its made out of 100% recycled content from the game. I mean, for 15$ its fair, but i would have paid 25 or 30 if we actually got a real DLC. This DLC is the same amount of content we got from one of the first seasons in the game.

Division 2 is a great game, but i know they just gutted a lot of the ubisoft studios, i don't have high hopes. I think the Division 2 is definitely turning into a dead game. People seem to cling to the newer shooter titles like Helldivers or First Descendant. I tried both, neither one was as fun as Division 2.

Division 2 is still very much alive. I wouldn't worry too much. Div IP and Assassin's Creed iP are one of ther main things anyways. They will definitely push Div 3. It will just take time clearly. I'm a new player to Div 2 and I've seen so many new people in the game too.. Definitely not a dead game.

people have the tendency to watch some Steam charts or Twitch viewers or similar and think that's the real representation of how many people play which really is not. One of the triple A games (won't mentioned the name really) was like "oh it's dead game now" but still had hundreds of thousands of people playing on consoles alone. So take it all with a grain of salt

Theres a FEW people playing it, but its definitely not a saturated game. And their recent changes to seasons was a terrible move that plit the player base up even more from playing together. Its definitely a pretty lonely game. I'll spend over an hour on call matchmaking and just continue to play solo. Once every weekend, sometimes itll match me with people or i get a backup call.

To give a comparison. GTA5 came out in 2013. its 12 years old. Division 2 is 6 years old. Just on steam charts, Div 2 is at an ALL TIME peak of 14,838 players. Thats the highest its ever been, it currently has 2,820.

GTA5 has over 60,000 players online right now.

And its very noticable in game when you play Division 2. Its not a popular game, i do struggle to matchmake with people for activities.

Everyone who defends games says that, but its actual data that is real. To even come close that would have to mean that there are suddenly 58,000 players on console and ubisoft launcher combined. That isnt including epic games store and consoles for GTA combined.

Those servers dont really count because theyre mostly whitelisted RP servers and only support about 100 players even on the biggest ones. There would have to be thousands of private servers. There also arent any for GTA5 Enhanced. it doesnt support mods. Also the modding part got bought out and dismantled by rockstar.

I have, i havent logged into Division 2 in almost a year. I like the game but i've played it into the ground. Also the balance changes over time have kindof made the way i want to play and my builds obsolete and boring.

I mostly just wanted to have conversation and connect with other people about the DLC news because im still very invested in The Division.

@whole flame you said the DLC isn't adding much and that Season 1 had more content. That's just blatantly not true. No season ever brought an open world map with new missions. Every single manhunt mission has taken place in an existing mission environment, with minimal set dressing differences. I'm sure everyone would've loved a DLC/expansion with more scale and much larger scope, but the dev team isn't 100's of people anymore who can do that in a reasonable timeframe. If they wanted to make something the size of WONY or larger, it would take 5 years.

Ok great.. I'm just gonna say, starting a conversation about the game being dead in the game's official discord is never going to lead to something productive.. lots of peoplpe here love the game and play it every day. It's just an argument over something that has no end really or solution.

To give you an example, I played Destiny for 9 years.. I can't even login to that game anymore. I moved on, but I don't go to destiny's discord and tell them the game is totally dead even though I do think it's dying. That's why I moved on. 🙂

Alright maybe the first season didnt add a new area, but the manhunts did add new skills, and title updates did add new activities and areas. Like camp white oak.

If they brought anything back from Division 1, i really wanted the underground again. That was my favorite thing to do in the game. Instead we got the tower.

I mean that game is dying for sure too. i played Destiny since the first game released right after my birthday. Bungie is very not popular with its players for a lot of reasons, and even their weekly updates dont even talk about Destiny anymore, instead theyre trying to sell Marathon which isnt even similar.

At the end, i had an opinion about the news for Division and wanted to legitimately ask if anyone else felt the same way. You don't have to take it personally. I didnt when everyone defended it.

Haadshots do way more damage and release gas that heals you and damages enemies, If you don't headshot they revive to fight again

The earlier seasons and stuff like camp white oak (part of an episode?) were still developed by the original team, who also developed WONY, and likely was multiple times larger than the current team that was assembled back in 2022. Back in 2022, I think there were only around ~30 devs, likely more now, but who knows how many. I do think you're right in saying summit didn't really hit the mark though. It does feel like it was somewhat quickly concepted and put together. I personally thought underground had flaws too though.
