there's not really an easy way to tell cleared vs not active without just monitoring the map over time

The military camp in the park area to the west isn't active, the only active landmark in the entire southern half appears to be the collapsed/sunken marina thing

The box pool is just open boxes and pickup the blueprints(they drop as a physical item) once you see no more you gud.

i always get snitch to spawn right outside 1040 safehouse (by JTC). west out the safehouse, follow curved path, first left, then another left very close that goes to an internal courtyard of the building . he'll be straight back behind a box truck.

snitch will spawn in one of his locations thats close to you, so yes its a bit random, but its easy to get him spawning everytime at the same location. if he doesnt spawn, relog and return. 9 times out of 10 he'll be at the spawn location you check.

probably knock out wony , then worry about the rest. wony has some skills to unlock

When I was hitting it hard a couple seasons back you could pick up a lot of endorsements from wony/watch runs specifically because people wanted to speed through. It usually doesnt take much to get an endorsement even from low levels. Run a mission with them and if they are slow just pickup an activity real quick and you'll be on to the next 😎

FAQ:

1. Why is CP Farming better than doing Public Executions, Territory Controls or Propaganda Broadcasts?
   A - It's simple. With CP's you have a set route whilst other activities sometimes have random spawn locations which increases your travel time.

2. Which build should I run?
   A - Hotshot is preferred, but you can use whatever build fits your play style.

3. If it's better than activities, how much XP does this give?
   A - Here's the math made for this question ↓↓

Maths for Control Points Farming:
CP4's 5D = 810k XP
Within 30 minutes you get 15 SHD Lvls IF running Hotshot:

1. 1 lvl
2. 1 lvl
3. 2 lvl
4. 1 lvl

   ...
   Why two every three clears?/ Why three every seven clears?

The current standard edition (that includes the DLC if I am not wrong) is now 10€ on Ubisoft while the DLC is 30€. Can I "rebuy" the standard edition to get the DLC cheaper?

decoy draws aggro and expertise increases threat. so the mechanic is already functional in d2, just needs to be applied to shield/gearset or a better option being gear/shield mods so you can control if you want increased threat

If we didn't have that "new character SHD watch" method I wonder if that's supposed to be that way. Like, shouldn't be like starting levels = less proficiency levels required.

I think it has more to do with what gets released each season. When it was released they had to decide how to distribute all the existing gear among the 20 levels. After that it seems they want expertise to gain a % each season. So it's basically lower total proficient items needed to level it up or add 4-5 items above what's planned to maintain the 140 prof levels per expertise % .

It makes sense to have higher amount of items needed in the beginning as well tho. It's a lot easier to level when anything can be donated. As you start narrowing down what's left you start running into items that are harder to get being left. So lowering the higher level req probably puts it close to the same rate of proficiency gain

@gusty gust What is happpening is basically: it counts for every resource that you gain from it, from the rarest to the most common.
You are almost certainly capped out on something that's grey/white, it's very easy.

even went through with the desconstruction of like 80 pieces, still not capped

I am too new to be approaching the cap on the gear pieces materials

so the normal grey/green/blue/purple would make sense, those are easy to cap out, except I do use them, so they are also not near the cap

I have a Pistol: Trigger mechanism at 1/1 (red) and ammo, that's all my capped out resources

would be nice if the caps were highlighted, but I triple-checked everything

That is true. Though enough people wanting said outfits would pay for the license cost over time, if a lot bought it. And I've seen a LOT of Leons, Claires's, Chris' and Hunks over the years in The Division 2, so I would like to think they made their money back there. Plus the various Resident Evil events, so hopefully that keeps going in future games. At least mainline games. I really enjoy playing the Grim Reaper.
