according to knowledge from a few patches ago i learned from dataminers, you have to get it from either caches or from other people dropping, buy its blueprint from inaya, and then it can drop from targeted

this may be out-of-date as devs fix issues like this, though the new dev team hasn't been doing a good job of this

Also 1 sniper spawns at the very start of liberty island so you can run back and restart easily each time

Go countdown. collect max stat gear. put in library.

Go solar farm and capture all the CP there and collect resources

Go to tinkering menu and optimise

actually you dont need countdown step. only if you recal, you need that step

you click on the gear you want and it says tinker and select the attribute and then you optimise

might not even res for it tbh, think you need like assessment kits and field recon data etc. Thats done by capturing CP and levelling up

Optimization is limited by your libraries max rolls tho so best to max your library out sooner than later.

youll essentially be paying for a weapon/player skin, 20 level skips you wont need because leveling is pretty simple. theyll throw in some premium credits, but not worth at all.

Easy to figure out who to shoot, but figuring out where to position would be a pain also. But i guess they also have pre loadout of tank build so maybe no need for a restart.

My current theory is that when you get near enough to one of his spawn points, he has a chance to spawn there. Once spawned, there's likely some cooldown before he can reappear at a different point. Logging off and on again like loot goblin spawning can work if he's not on cooldown.
I haven't tested this extensively, but I have been successful by visiting my favourite snitch spot, then logging off and on again if he's not there, it generally only takes a couple of attempts.

you can recal one attribute/core/talent. you wont be able to recal another slot onm that piece, but optimizing the current rolls has no limit other than the roll you have in library

nope. youll be able to optimize, no issue.. now down the road, if you optimize the recalibrated attribute on accident you will lock the piece in to that config. even then can still max out the attributes

If you're enjoying two then you'll absolutely love one, especially with you referencing level of detail and world building - the atmosphere of 1 cannot be beaten and that's coming from my time played in 2 being in the hundreds of days compared to about 30 in the first. In terms of content, Division 2 definitely wins the prize there. It still has alot of ways to improve but with the continued support (despite the 1.5 year content drought we experienced from December 2020 to early 2022) it's definitely in a much better place. Glad you're enjoying it

The story is a direct continuation so you'd definitely have some of plot holes backfilled for you, especially with story strands surrounding Keener, Lau and any other character referenced in the warlords expansion. Division 1 only received "dlc" type expansions with game modes so in terms of story it's one and done once you reach level 30. HELL OF A LOT more lore, gear and things to do in 2.

I'm glad you've said that - so so so many people have went through the game like lightning - definitely take it all in, with that being said, leave grinding and farming for builds until you reach level 40 you'll thank yourself for it. I'd love to experience the game all over again with how packed out it is now compared to 5 years ago.

The launch in itself was fine, but that was me hooked regardless. The change to how gear worked was probably my biggest gripe - they simplified everything in favour of making things easier for players, and with it we lost diversity.

Surely redeemed it self, with the team they have now I can't fault that they're trying; especially given the size and their budget both in terms of money and time frame. Seems like alot of them have to juggle multiple jobs to get things done.

Passive talents were the nice bonus, instead of having just a talent on your chest and backpack there were ones on all gear pieces. The likes of self adjusting which was in addition to the berserk talent made it more appealing

division 1 is a bit slower paced but it makes up for it with the story being good. The environment is just top-tier. Honestly it only falls off in endame due to grind.

The dark zone in div1 is perfect. Scary, high stakes high rewards, Underground mall fights, absolutely peak imo. Spent 2/3 of my time in div 1 doing pve in the dz

I mean I know how my HB build plays, have used it ever since season 10. All of the heroic countdowns I have just played (being 3) have resulted in a dnf or not extracting because the zone was so hot with enemies. I also usually will make all of my memento stacks either by the main objective or halfway through and only 2 games did I make it over half.

And as of my last game, I switched to my old ACR E, to which I actually was able to kill a little easier.

But I have also just looked at memento and it's talent is now doing 1.1% damage per stack.

Why buff so much stuff in the update before tu22 and then nerf it basically back to its original value in the next update mid season?
