run the weapon needing leveled as your secondary, weather you use it or not . can also farm countdown for weapon types and donate, crafting them (20 each). if you have a decent shd level, you can do the whole watch mule thing for scavenging points. you would donate printer filament either directly purchased, or buy skill mods so they auto destroy into printer filament. 300shd per item if direct purchase printer filament, ~227shd per item if you use as cash for skill mods > pf. this is also the same for gear or brand sets.

better than it used to be. it got an adjustment this season. if you dont run hazpro to counter the bleed, youll need to build stacks and take bleed on reloads. once stacked you wont proc bleeds. after out of combat, stacks disappear and you need to restack on next encounter

no idea what help we can offer. Is foggy bottom definitely the right area for the scout? Is the clue you're on definitely the one that wants you to do a bounty? Can't see any other reason for it to fail. I guess farm up another bounty (public executions or hostages rescues will give one, if you do them in the same area), record a video showing your scout stage and you completing the bounty, then submit it with a ticket to ubisoft support.

I think maybe try and optimise all 3 attributes and don't recalibrate one. This can be having two maxed rolls then optimising a last stat. Or 3 stats with high rolls

So in the first case you only have to optimise once but it will count as having maxed all for the commendation

By shd 500 all your crit stats can be maxed. Focus crit chance first, and crit damage after. Having chance maxed early makes it easy to build and crit based dps

Copy pasta from a while back

i always get snitch to spawn right outside 1040 safehouse (by JTC). west out the safehouse, follow curved path, first left, then another left very close that goes to an internal courtyard of the building . he'll be straight back behind a box truck.

snitch will spawn in one of his locations thats close to you, so yes its a bit random, but its easy to get him spawning everytime at the same location. if he doesnt spawn, relog and return. 9 times out of 10 he'll be at the spawn location you check.

Neither are at the top end of smgs. Outside of exotics, dark winter, the vector 9mm ones and the smg-9 are good. Of those two I'd choose emelines guard just for the talent. As for pvp I'm not sure myself, although maybe the same ones, with also the chatterbox exotic

If you can manage heroic I'd farm on that. I think pistolero and cool skills are the worst directives but if I can only cut 1 to run 4 for summit I'd cut cool skills

Difficulty settings are a trade off, if heroic slows you down too much then challenging might be better but it depends how fast you clear content.
Directive choices depend on your build. I always find 'hard to earn' gives you so many guaranteed armour kits that you can safely run fragile armour (well, apart from the bug) and no regen with little problem.
Hotshot and Ongoing Directive builds are pretty much immune to ammo limiting directives as long as you have a little bit of ammo regen from gunner or sharpshooter. Pistol headhunter builds too of course.

Directives add loot quantity and xp, they have no effect on loot quality (but obviously more loot means more chances of good rolls)

Guys has anybody had an issue with the time trials? I completed VPM and RI and I've logged onto the PS and it shows that I haven't completed them when I have and it's the same with the XBX I did then both last week. I don't understand it because I have been rewarded twice now, I mean I'm not complaining about the Snow Machine knee pads I've had them 3 times the 3rd pair is rolled with CHC and CHD. But I don't understand why it said I haven't completed them but I did I've been rewarded twice anybody else had this problem? Very odd it's like it showed I completed but the map showed that I haven't and now it does show that they a both completed and the time tiial is no longer there. Very odd indeed.

But i only know basics of response time of being <5ms for good gaming, the lower the better. And the higher FPS you want, the higher Hz you should go to.

no, you donate items in order to make them proficient - once you are proficient with something, you can't donate more of them

raising proficiency on more things raises your expertise level

Other tips to help is to go to the vendors every week and buy named items you aren't proficient with and donate them.

Always check your materials and keep them off of 9999 cap, donate some away to hard to expertise items/skills.

Try to run things you need expertise on if you never use them. For instance never use your pistol? Put on on that needs leveling, same for secondary weapons and skills.

Using a hunter fury gear set would be better as it would apply disorient momentarily which is enough time to aim properly and pop off heads and in turn set of the cycle again

and you have to be quick with it, I suppose so you dont miss out on the status effects prolonging them.

Go to inventory, press m to access tinker, then hit library. Go to backpack (since you have max armor on HB), then click on core attribute

And then once you have that you can use it to do anything in the game, including grabbing actually fun builds

it will show your HB bag. Cllick on it and then extract

Now you can slap that 170,000 on any bag you wish
