Not disagreeing with you at all. Striker ROF is too good. With the obi Chest the DPS and TTK is much quicker.
But DMG % number in the end HB isn't that bad. HB 110% | Striker 65%, w/BP 90% but then obi chest does even it out and if nothing is quicker to get to that peak dps. It's just extra armor is a good buffer for newer or players that aren't good at the playstyle yet.

OMG... I had the UI glitch where if you open up the Global Events with the key bound button, it shows an empty space with pink colors. Any interactions were completely locked, the only option was to close the game through the task manager, and apparently, TD2 thought that meant I would like to completely rest my mission and place me at the start again... 🙄

Well, at this point, we should all be aware of this game's promotional tie-in with one of the biggest shooters of the year, S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl. Personally, given the similar premises (The Division is set in the wake of a pandemic bringing about the collapse of civilization, while S.T.A.L.K.E.R. is set in the Chornobyl Exclusion Zone in the wake of another nuclear explosion there 20 years after the historical one in 1986), I find this to be quite thematically fitting.

And with that game's release, I've been pondering what a The Division game with more S.T.A.L.K.E.R.-esque gameplay would be like. There's a lot they could take to help reinforce the post-apocalyptic survival themes of the game, like weapon degradation where your weapons become more prone to jamming the more they're used, but thankfully unlike, say, Far Cry 2, your weapon's condition reaching 0% doesn't mean it breaks completely, at least in the latest entry in the series. Also, let's not forget about the bleeding status effect, which would be remedied with a bandage, among other things.

like enemy modifire and event modifire that are on all the time? and now when i aim at an enemy i see some half circle the 3 colors of stats and i am not sure what im supposed to understand from it

The half circle indicates close, mid and long range. And no, modifiers can be disabled if you want but some are needed to progress the season journey. There's a visual bug that makes you think that for every log in it gets activated but it's not.

I just got tasked with the Kenly College mission, and told to talk to the helicopter pilot. I spoke to the New York pilot before I checked the "GPS directors" which directed me to the OTHER helipad. The directions sat right above her head to ensure she was the person I had to interact with, but the "F: Talk to pilot" message did not appear, and no matter what I did, I was unable to get to talk to her. There is a listed task on my screen to "Go to helipad" and then next line "Talk to pilot" In the map, it shows "stages" of the journey to Kenly, but they add up to over 90km, with no fast travel (kind of like the journey to Camp White Oak. The destination bar under the college says it is just o9ver 20km away.
