I've toggled them off and on, looked at every, single pixel of my screen and cannot find actual words that explain what they are. tanks are really just needed for very few psecific scenarios such as the raid

specializations give you one special granade, one heavy weapon (that mostly sucks) and couple other perks (extra damage for doing X, more skillpower, healing on kills and so on)

Ok yeah, I'd guess it's a bug associated with either your particular console or with the new merged endgame - do you own the WONY dlc? Did you complete it before the start of this season?

TBH there's been a bunch of weird bugs recently with new characters, but it's the first time I've seen this particular one reported so it might be worth reporting on the official support discord (linked in the pinned messages in #unofficial-troubleshooting )

also, assuming you took that pic today, weird that your target loot map is different from mine, I always thought they were uniform across platforms (at least at level 40)

Your best use is shd> cash and buy named items. If you are at a point where you need to use printer filament you still take shd as cash, then but up skill mods.

Anyone else noticed that decoys aren't working anymore? Drones or NPCs don't shoot it at all!

The decoy only draws attention when it's activated, once the enemies notice the decoy is not an agent, they're gonna try to shoot the decoy projector or (if they take enough damage) change their agro on you.

I've cleared Roosevelt Island Manhunt on Normal/Hard, but the region still gets resets every time I log out.
Further, I can't access Capitol Hill, it being restricted, citing I still need to clear Roosevelt Island.

same thing happened to me a few times. someone who should have been formidable went rogue on my extraction with a load of expertise and a good looking pvp build. I was running a dumb dz "pve" build made for clearing landmarks and not pvping. they managed to die within seconds while I shot them as they did poorly executed and very slow evasive maneuvers. they came back for me again after they respawned and i ended them again embarrassingly fast. and Im terrible at pvp. some people come off scary at first but then end up being even worse than me at pvp.

• 1 piece of Brazos de Arcabuz

Combine this with the GR9 (w/ Frenzy), +12.5% Mag Capacity and Gunner's Mag Pouch (+50 Mag capacity), I got a total magazine size of 518 bullets.

This also means that the GR9 gains 153% extra damage and fire rate, allowing it to fire at 1898 RPM.

Conclusion: how is the barrel not warped and unusable after I dropped half of my ammo reserves into this gun?!

Just that exotic drop rate is low, so expect many more runs

you probably have broken a BT heavy ammo link from his minigun and then an armor piece and suddendly his ammo is back

very common also on hyena shield units, you shock them but shot enough the shield to stagger then, so they get the stagger animation cancelling the shocked animation so they just slide while shocked
