Even if they gave you an exotic cache every 100 SHD levels I feel like that'd be fair. Like after 147 of playing I would have only have only earned 3 exotic caches that way, although you could do it quicker by spamming open world activities but it would be quicker to just play countdown. Just a nice little extra to make you feel like you accomplished something. You can have that advice for free, devs lol.

I'm not really sure what point you're trying to make here. Survival you start with nothing and work to get to the end. It's a sort of "light" battle-royale, kinda.
Hardcore mode you don't just "start again". You make a brand new character and start from level 1, literally re-doing the tutorial.

Whereas Incursion / Ouroboros doesn't have the weekly limitation.
The 10% from chest remains weekly for both Raids and Incursion.

If you have any skill based builds just slap on shock trap + chem launcher/repair hive if you have technician (Doesnt matter what the build is focused on), go to the top left and then shock trap the way down to the left where you usually flare up. and chem anyone thats approaching, bonus point if you have scorpio too.

^ Do that and you can literally matchmake and get anyone to breeze through floor 100
