this game's bullets are hitscan. when you're close to cover, the game will try to block your bullets artificially even though they're not projectiles. but if you stay a little bit further away you can hit anything

Its bugged, you can’t wear glasses on it, meaning you literally lose access to mask, hat, glasses, vest, shirt, pants, holster, kneepad, and boot customization
The only things you can use are gear masks, gloves, and backpacks

Almost 24 hours since servers went offline to deliver the patch. Some communication other than "investigating" about potential fixes for the talent bug would be good at this point.

Respecting players time is as important as we respecting theirs. If a rollback is the only solution then the sooner the better as all time up to now will be wasted but which is worse? One day of play or thousands of hours of play before the patch went live?

You're assuming a rollback is for everything - but there's just aswell a possibility a well crafted SQL Query could fix the issue/merge old DB with new DB.
In layman's terms, a rollback isn't necessarily taking the whole database and resetting it to the state it was in pre-patch.

i would expect weapons that drop between now and the fix will end up having their talents shifted. i think there is an offset in their "rng" talent list, probably why it only affects unchanged native rolls

DZ on the other hand I'll never touch, fairplay to those who do, but deceit is not a part of what I think is fun, pretending you're homies then suddenly they go rogue yada yada.
I don't play Among Us for the same reasons. Or games that has the same kinda deceit put into it, same with board games, party games etc.
Deceit and manipulation is fun for some, not for me.

2. If you straight up want people to just join you, best thing you can do is start the mission then go to your map and call for backup. Do this until your team is full. This will let you find players rather quickly - matchmaking does not

That's like saying some people playing Among Us never lies. My point being that the whole core mechanic of DZ is that you go Rogue. You could be clearing a landmark with someone and they just go Rogue, they kill you easily.
Compare that to WoW, you don't have a zone where you can both just chill, then suddenly you PvP flag yourself and can attack non-PvP flagged players.
I'm also not saying DZ shouldn't exist. I'm stating why I will never touch it.

I think for me especially I don’t like how you can’t do much to avoid pvp if you’re farming given if you die your loot gets taken/deconstructed and also there’s no mechanic to force people to do other stuff in the dz like keep clearing landmarks to remain in the instance

There's nothing wrong with the DZ. It's just not for everyone. (Only thing "wrong" would be SHD1K and Expertise giving you an edge, whereas it's much less impactful in PvE.)
I'm interested in conflict after resolve cuz it was removed - even despite me being SHD1K now and also have like 15 expertise

Agreed. There's not enough skills for it to be engaging like in WoW, yet we still have waaaay too much difference in builds for it to not be a shooter pvp. It's in a weird middle ground that some people enjoy, some don't.

Not for me. On the system I'm running now (upgraded in december) it has been smooth sailing. Had like 1 or 2 crashes in countdown. Outside of that the only client issue I've really had is the game getting stuck on initialization, but that's fixable and also more to do with me never shutting down my pc. Doesn't require much more than a few clicks to force close the game/clear ram and game works flawless

It just has that odd middle ground between something shooter focused (CS2, COD, you name it) and something like World of Warcraft.
I'd love to have proper cool downs like we had with the signature skills in Div1 along with the buff consumables - but they should work as in wow where you just have 20 of them in your inventory + can craft them/they restock like ammo at safe houses. My issue with those consumes in Div1 was that you had to open random ass crates in LZ for it, but otherwise they had their place.
