You can only obtain a Key to open the chest once a week, IIRC the timer reset is being changed so it's the same day as Raids, but right now it's 1 day off.
you can always farm the Ouro out from bosses. 1% chance from them, 10% from the Chest.

It's best to go for specific dates and not "monday" btw, as it's likely we aren't the same timezone.

So my understanding of Damage to Health worked on Dogs, Heavies and other non armor bar enemies. Whilst Damage to Armor obviously was addative to Out of Cover since majority of enemies are in the open and purples, golds all have Armor. Also, does 5% additional rpm on lmgs make that much of a difference? I would personally prefer a buff in rpm's instead of weapon damage buff. This goes for the scars, lmgs like 60, 240, etc.

The reason rate of fire is usually suggested for LMG's, is simply because (the majority of) LMG's fire too slowly by default, making them just worse AR's overall.

They come with dtooc by default, which is the best 3rd Attribute choice for pretty much every other gun in div2, so fire-rate is solving the one major issue they still have. Or at least helping negate it somewhat..

I definitely understand all of that. However, I am still curious to know is the 5% from the recal station making that big of an impact. It obviously must be if players opt for this instead of Damage to Armor or Health. Would 10% instead of 5% in the table be OP? Also, would you also use the rpm magazine mod as well?

Div2 is a game about marginal increases and stat buffs, you don't really get a single "big thing" by changing one stat. dtooc is still marginal even on Heroic, where the bulk of players are. It just happens to be the best stat since there's so few sources that there's very little diminishing returns.

RE: DtA. Not every enemy has it, so it's not a field-wide buff. re: DtH. Enemies don't have that much to begin with. Once the armour is removed, they're usually only a few shots away from dying.

If you want to see a good example of the reason why DtH is mostly pointless, check out the Black Tusk Heavy (or any heavy). Once you remove the "plating" (not counted as armour for ingame stats), then their health is tiny.

Yea, Heroic open world is absolutely a must in my opinion. Only time I go below is if I want to do the manhunt on one of my other characters just for the heck of it and the targeted loot for a zone or mission is poor. I'll just blow through it on Hard or Challenging. Now countdown is not worth Heroic in a random group. If you have 4 or 6 guys you trust, then it might be a bit easier. The Hunters and Tusks at the end turn into GODS. haha

In the early days of division 2 not all brands could go in all slots, and the philosophy behind crafting was different. Same with weapons, devs thought some things should be be exclusive to loot drops. The armors that were released in WoNY had more slots craftable, but not 100%. Then with seasonal rollouts they started adding basically all weapons and brand slots to the crafting bench. They have not gone back and made old content craftable, and I don't think they ever will.

You are in luck, Agent. It's one of the more simple builds to make.
There's a few options, but the most popular one right now is probably a 4pc Hotshot (gearset), the "chainkiller" named chest, "airaldi" backpack w/Vigilance Talent, and HSD on everything, secondary stat is Weapon Handling.

Just make sure that you have 100% Stability on your gun (you can see it in the Inventory then tab over), and your shots will have no drop off on an MMR like the White Death.
