So next question. Legendary Rosevelt island, how the hell do you defeat the final boss ( the 2 big drones). Last couple times I’ve tried to run it with a team by joining them, we all wipe and they leave which leaves me stuck there and can’t invite anyone.

The end of the mission is a section where there are no NPCs per se: just Keener's skills continually popping out of boxes. So you kill those while doing the terminals etc., and then you battle just Keener at the end. It will all become kind of obvious once you get there and play it a bit, though you may die a few times during the road to clarity.

seeker bombs are also a safe bet, Ive been using the cluster ones which arent optimal for a single target, so get whatever does the highest damage with a single target and a fire turret can help both stun him (if hes not immune) and draw fire away from you

As a PC player it's probably obvious I'm gonna say PC. You've just gotta list out the pros and cons yo.
Console has less hackers, leaderboards aren't jacked up, and you'll have fewer crashes.
PC has better graphics and loads depending on your hardware, a more connected active community in my experience, but more crashes/issues depending on your setup, leaderboards are junk, and lots more cheaters.

No, no focus. If you have Proficient stuff equipped, that's just a slot that's not getting the Proficiency you're earning. So better to equip as much stuff that's not Proficient as possible. (But if you equip two of the same brand that are not proficient, that brand will go up twice as fast.)

I think we're describing the same thing from different perspectives. Shoot gun, counter goes up to 100, counter stays at 100 until reload, then you get 70 shock rounds and the counter goes back to 0.
My point is that you can choose when to reload after counter reaches 100, meaning you can delay the shock rounds until you need them

at level 30 half the gear is still locked behind warlords tho. realistically, youll want to get through warlords to level 40 and an SHD watch before worrying about gear. early game is just kinda equipping the best you can get.

ok, so the exotic drop rate in the DZ is .072% and then it's ~1% of that to get one of the three special ones. So you have a .00072% chance to get EB, Rav, and Bighorn from any enemy. I was not even close. Meanwhile Ravenous and EB are 10% from the end chest in the raids and Bighorn is 5% from Legendary bosses

server changing won't work 100% of the time, i assume because sometimes it'll place you on another instance hosted on the same server blade or something, so it's ultimately up to luck whether a server transfer will actually fix it

it's also caused by bounties so you can avoid the bug entirely by not doing bounties at all

try zoning to camp white oak or manning nat'l zoo when it happens, those activities should be hosted on a separate server vs. the rest of the game (which is why back when the faye lau exploit was a thing it was only breaking the game for those offsite missions)
