I'm guessing no. At lv 40 we get it through the season pass, there is no lv 30 equivalent of a season pass and since those exotics don't appear in the general loot pool before you obtain them, how else do you get them? Or do they?

as it stands the game is literally only balanced for 31-40. its a big reason why I dont really suggest new players do the DC story and I honestly think its better to just start with WONY at this point

There's very few players going through the story at any given time. The vast majority of the player base is at level 40. If you want someone your better off calling for backing since that will matchmake from a much larger pool.

Join a player in DC (friend/clan/ask someone in lfg channel to invite you).

Once there you'll probably find your map crashes whenever you look in the top right areas (summit, countdown etc) but you can maybe fix this by doing all the manhunt stuff.

You only get it the once, I think - when you reach endgame you can convert a higher level one to one of those

You can't delete the low level one directly, but it doesn't use up space in the stash. If you have it on a character when you delete them then yes, it's gone forever

But the lullaby is a clone of a normally available exotic called Sweet Dreams, it just has a different name and description

So if you wanted one in endgame you just farm a sweet dreams and then you can convert it into a lullaby of the same level

Same thing with Ruthless and Merciless.

Not sure if the color blind settings help with that or not. But try settings, accessibility, color blind mode, Deuteranopia. It helps with seeing mortar circles, etc. doesn’t effect overall colors much, but makes green gear blue. lol

The trap is count as pve damage if it landing on you, damage are still increase by user skill tier, skill damage, dta, explosive damage etc., of course it also decrease by player explosive resistance
