The way i see it, especially as of late, is that you never know when you're gonna pass. Enjoy the opportunity if you can. Using PTO is a tough choice but personally I would, assuming there was still a bit to use afterwards.

But if I had to guess, it is likely the free play stations were all set up as 4v4 games.

If you were playing by yourself, I meant one game was 4v3, which doesn't work.

For that MCC support they mentioned, there’s an upcoming community tournament that would like to use the CGB. However the CGB can’t be used for tournaments in MCC because cheaters can join / crash them, even if the session is full. Any chance to get some support around that? Cheers.

I have always been allowed to bring in my armor tote. Security will just have to poke around it before letting it into the venue. We usually and should have a cosplay changing area where people leave creates we just ask if you do to help us keep the area clean and don't clutter

But given the HCS coatings are made by the teams AND are given the teams' brand names AND some of the money has to go to them, the contract likely says that if the share of money can't be delivered to the team due to quitting or disbandment, then the coating can't be sold anymore.

Making a new contract or amending the current one would have to happen, but since Halo would be asking the teams to now surrender their brand usage, I don't think all teams would be on board.

Jokes aside i hope somehow someone finds a way to keep competitive Halo going, it's too entertaining to just let it die like this, it would be a real shame

The thought was teams were setting up even more and not getting it right away and possibly not popping it right away, in addition to it being a longer duration now, seemed like camo was always on the map and in play. I personally think it’s an extreme stance on that and the longer duration negative feedback is so overblown, especially at the pro level, but that’s just me.

the first 2 games of the Pro League lan were so entertaining, can't believe Faze got reverse swept from 3-0 to 3-4 by Complexity, that was crazy

Also i expected Envy to put up a fight against SSG and a close series but them winning was another upset. I expected Faze and SSG to be closer to Optic and Shopify at this point but on the contrary they need to look themselves from teams like Complexity and Envy. Not that i'm complaining these series are so fun to watch

there are very few teams but Mindfreak, the team that usually wins, finish very often top 12/16 on lan. The game might be not popular enough to support that scene unfortunately but even with the pro league you can have qualifiers for an open bracket on lan

at the end of the day i think the current format for hcs is good as it gives more importance to the lan events over online, i just don't like how often the top teams can just avoid playing in the qualifiers, that should never happen imho

Super random. Was playing with my brother this morning. He is 1600 and I’m a terrible Plat 6. All of a sudden we got matched on the same team with Barcode and Scoobmeister. I guess they just finished their placement matches. Then again six more games. Opposite team had Snipedown for like 3-4 games as he was playing his placement matches. Was super random. Hard carried us. 7-0 run.
