(Versus "Free to Play means give us all your money for any customization because Microsoft forced us )Campaign wise, it ended with an interesting potential and had memorable levels. (Versus a pallet swapped Covenant again in a boring open world that is only saved by a grapple hook) .

And "saved" is a strong word in that last sentence.

They genuinely hurt to look at, and most the levels could be cool setting and what not but what they brought as a whole was just a bunch of nothing to the table

The closer the range the more the answer is yes. You have 115 dmg to do, if both are meleeing for 70 and you want to win the trade you need to do 45dmg before the other person.

H3 AR does 7.5 dmg per bullet, meaning you need to hit 6.

BR does 6 dmg per bullet (18/burst) meaning you need 2.5 bursts.

Try to shoot the AR for 6 bullets and the BR for 2.5 bursts and see which is faster.

Extend the distance between the two and the BR starts to win more, especially without the melee.
