The Shock Rifle isn't trying to be the Beam Rifle, it's a weapon designed to be anti-vehicle, whereas the Beam Rifle is basically just a Plasma Sniper Rifle which is really good against infantry

I remember a level trigger glitch on the mammoth level. If you jump up on a few rocks where you shoot like the 2nd or 3rd Particle Cannon you can glitch the Litch out of existence and then if you hop on it when it loads back up again it wont have any enemies spawning on it and you cant kill it

Those two games saw some benefits from their campaign remasters but H3 has held up much better in terms of graphics etc - and not to mention the disaster that was their remastered multiplayer (although CEs doesn’t really count)

If they wanted to do a graphical update for campaign, sure, but I couldn’t imagine them doing the mp. And then what’s the selling point?

H2s co-op still crashes if one player drives too fast, I think we’re a long way away from an H3 remaster that doesn’t fall apart on the way to delivery

the remaster would need to include multiplayer. and the graphics yeah they've held up but you can still tell it's outdated. as for the buggy multiplayer mode that sounds like an internet connection problem. the only time I remember the servers being bad was when MCC launched it was so bad they gave us dope nameplates and titles as compensation

halo 3 has the best hands down, the weapons have much more kick to them and enemies arent bullet sponges

most of the other games somehow manage to make a 12.7x30mm feel weak, 60 rounds of 7.62 have the effect of 10 rounds of .22, and at the same time make enemies insanely overpowered
