It corrupted my saves and because the back end of Spartan Assault isn't configured correctly, I can't fix it by resyncing the Steam Cloud.
So now it's pretty much a black screen of death until I nuke my saves again, but every reinstall it carries the broken saves over because I can't reset it properly.

Steam didn't do anything wrong, it's Spartan Assault that fed the corrupt save into the cloud, but without the Steam Cloud interface being enabled I can't remove or repair it.

I've tried introducing my friends to Halo CE MP and their experience was getting three tapped across the map while I'm carrying four extra trashbags to the top.

Infinite should be more accessible, but the TTK is unusually long for a modern FPS so it takes some getting used to.

Generally Halo has a more grenade/precision centric meta where explosive placement and headshots are the name of the game. Even in Infinite you will get absolutely destroyed if you don't master that.

We all get ducked by the bot from time to time, don't sweat it lol.

In my option, 343 (now Halo Studios) started out with a very rocky start. With Halo Reach, easily a top pick one of the greatest Halo games, concluding Bungie’s era. 343 had an expectation to live up to, and they disappointed. Halo 4 brought us an incredible villain with so much potential, but it was completely wasted. The new designs were more grotesque than ever before. Halo 5 wasn’t exactly any better. Halo Infinite and its story didn’t really please the audience. I loved it, but it’s definitely not like the original first 2 or 3 games.

Also, highly controversial, but a lot of (very troubled) people hate on Halo Studios because of the ethnicity of certain people within the studio and their support of certain days of celebration (such as Womens day) with armor colors. I personally detest these people because such ideas (people who’ve seen the homophobic Master Chief photos will agree with me) incredibly st*pid.

Finally, Halo Infinite took too long to actually “become” the game it should have been when it released.
