Hi, is there any shooter mmorpg which has a pvp game mode where 2 or more teams fight and each team has atleast 10-20 or more players and which is playable 24/7 any much & whenever we want or at least 4-5 hours a day? whats the max team size considering all pvp modes? doing pvp we get rewards which we can use to unlock/upgrade units or skills or weapons or litle bit of stats etc and these stat progression is persistent which we get to carry for next pvp battles? Also during a pvp match our gears/powers/stats/skills should not be equalized and higher stat geared players should do more damage or atleast little bit advantage than lower stat geared players.

But if I had to say anything it would be to:

1. look at the esports that DO make money, and figure what they are doing, see how it can apply.
   I suspect it's just that not every game will have a big enough audience to make it worthwhile.
2. why do traditional sports have viewership models that work? I think there are some similarities that can be drawn from.

You can find games in CE Doubles, H3 Slayer, H3 Doubles (Radar or Hardcore) and now there has been a "Revival" of H3 Team Hardcore where there are games in the evenings.

If you're a 1 you likely need to play with someone who is in the "average" ranks, 15-25ish, in order to find games more consistently.

One thing that traditional sports have over esports is familiarity. Every country has a youth/peewee system. Playing in a youth sport is almost expected. I'm not a very sporty guy and I still played youth soccer in elementary school, my parents signed me up for me to make friends.

After that sports basically follow you through your life.

Middle school sports, highschool, college, etc.

On top of that they're an incredibly social activity. You go to bars or restaurants to watch particularly interesting games, and you might go over to a friend's house to watch a game, or if you were really fortunate you might go to the arena itself.

There's an entire culture built around sports and for a while it was considered taboo for a man to not at least have a passing interest in a sport.

One benefit of sports over e sports is that there's not that many of them.

Outside of regional favorites you really only have:

Soccer
Baseball
American football
Basketball
And hockey.

And they're all seasonal. Just as one sport season starts, another one ends. They don't tend to leech the audience of other sports.

In comparison there are over dozens of games and new ones come out and other ones stop being popular all the time.

There's also not much innovation in sports and they're pretty easy to follow if you don't play the sport yourself.

By the time you form an emotional attachment to a game, it might already be on a sequel or no longer in fashion.

I think if games wanted to replicate this, they'd need local/regional teams and to form a coherent identity that didn't change too much from iteration to iteration. The change from Halo 3 to Halo 5 is massive for example, but from Halo 2 to Halo 3 it's not as big of a jump.

I'd also think we'd want to start off by going after the pre teen and young adult market first and focus on gameplay that is action packed, not too fast paced, but still easy to follow. By the time they grow up eSports would be much more normalized and accepted.

I think this is why counter strike works well for eSports as the skill ceiling is MASSIVE but the fundamentals are easily understood and combat takes place in quick 2 minute rounds that can easily be analyzed and cast by a decent commentator.

Id like a national league of sorts between each state here in the U.S., but then again im not a huge fan of "pro sports" in general so Id think it would make the gaming culture even more toxic and chaotic. Id rather games be about entertainment than profit. I could be just getting old though 🤷‍♂️

My fave new abily is sleeper agent you show up as ally to enemy team unless you use unsupressed weapons and their killstreaks still target u

They got rid of riot shield and javelin which blows

Snipers are a absolute pain in this game
