I no longer work in Unity so not sure how they handle it, but this UE tutorial explains the concept of behavior trees and how to apply them in practice. Probably so, the idea is to recreate the Halo AI specifically for Unity, even something simple as the CE Ai, which was about 15% of the XBox's processing power for about 20-25 actors.

The funny thing about vehicle physics in Combat Evolved is that even simply scraping past an enemy (or an ally) will instantly kill them, or even yourself if you happen to be unlucky enough

The issue, from memory, lies with how the networking model for campaign was built in older games.
It was updated for ODST when Firefight was launched, and due to 3 and ODST essentially sharing the same engine it was easy to update them both.
For the other games, they would also need updated, which is potentially 6months+ per game

So it's possible, but it would just take a long time and there may not be resource to do it

Its running zig-zags and crouch-sliding and constantly moving around like your medication just gave out thats not something I want.
