It took them a bit too long to get to the actual story of the games, I suppose.

But, there's another element that probably plays a huge role here: Paramount setting itself up for the merger with Skydance. On a corporate level, they try to clean house before that, cancel everything that might not look profitable in their books to pretend the highest value and rig their finances short term a bit so other companies would buy them for a higher price. WB did that a lot the last years and Paramount is doing the same now. The Halo series fell unfortunately victim to that. I'm taking just an educated guess here but I'm very confident in saying that played a bigger part in the unfortunate cancellation😮‍💨

It definitely isn't exact, like before it fades to dark blue it is bright bright blue and in thing in the O is fully white but is it close enough

I used to photoshop, you could try to find the GIMP equivalent of layer effects for bordering and embossing it if you want

The thing is I don’t mind caricatures, but they had such limited screen time we don’t really get to bond with them like we should have.

We only got like two scenes with them all together and that was it. They did buddy us with each member but that wasn’t enough. I think Gears of War handles caricatures right because even if the characters are based on a personality we at least can bond with them since they have sufficient screen time and dialogue with the main character.
