Does Multiteam have HMMR set to strict?

Also Multi team is a fantastic demonstration of the problem with the team color system in Halo Infinite. You cannot tell which team is winning on the actual battlefield if they’re all one color. So you can’t play Crazy King strategically and target a specific team.

That being said, I do actually really like the consistent color system Infinite has for every other playlist.
However, if there was some how a way to toggle on an off “team color Spartans” for certain game modes, where the color of a Spartan is changed based on what team they’re on like in classic halo, then something like multiteam would function much better while still having the good outline system that people including myself are loving for other playlists/gamemodes. Just a toggle between classic color style and outlines when creating a gamemode pls - like something in the custom games creator or the editor that devs use for new game modes and put to the public access, doesn’t mean players can toggle it whenever they please. But the developers can have both systems run in the game dependent on what demands of the gamemode are. If it’s something like MT, then you really should see 4 sets of colors. That would be perfection.

In the base game settings, they could have a system that does multiple outlines.

So instead of “enemy team color” and “friendly team color” currently

It could be:
Friendly team color
Enemy team 1 color
Enemy team 2 color
Enemy team 3 color
Enemy team 4 color

(Could have some fun and make it up to like 7 enemy teams or something)

That way the outline system would still work without having to probably do something drastic in the codebase and recollect a bunch of 3d models.

Maybe instead of a spawn protection, something else is offered to assist the pinned downed team with getting out of their situation?
It takes some skill for a team to pin another team down (or lack there of on the team getting pinned), so I don't want the game to just give spawn protection to the team that got pinned down. But maybe give them something to assist them, so if they had enough skill, they could use it to get unpinned.

You are correct, it is not a skill deficiency to continuously die when they are spawn killing you.
But it is either a skill deficiency, or the other team simply had more skill than your team, to get the team in that situation in the first place.
Might not be your specific skill, but maybe the teammates ability to operate as a team that got them pinned downed in the first place.
Don't get me wrong, it is fiesta Husky raid. Sometimes the other team spawns with all the good stuff and your team doesn't.

Maybe husky maps can just have tiny areas that are safe spawn zones, with 1 way blockers and projectile blockers. You can't shoot into them or out of them, you cannot enter them from outside, so have to exit them to have any effect on the game. If they are say 1.5 Spartans above ground level could help prevent easy camping the shield wall

I've spent hundreds of hours across Battlefront and Battlefield. For me, once the novelty wears off they stop being fun, since they're carried by novelty and progression systems. Because they're on such a big scale, individual performance and skill is a lot less important so it doesn't scratch that itch.

It's heavily subjective. It's built off of a port for CE for the PC, which is in turn built as a port to the Xbox 360 with an optional graphical overhaul, which is in turn ported to Xbox One, which is in turn ported to PC.

Yeah they worked on MCC quite heavily after release. Also, you can have the best of both worlds: if you get nostalgic, there's an option in the MCC version to turn on the OG look!

I think the only port with legitimate issues was the Gearbox Halo 2 port, which only matters for H2A, because it spawns one of the Wraiths in the last level upside down for some reason.
