Does anyone know why halo infinite pc is just an infinite loading screen on the main menus? I normally play on xbox but I want to play on my pc for ease of access and for machinima making, but for some reason, I can't load customization, challenges, etc. I can search for multiplayer after waiting for a bit, but otherwise it is always loading. When I exit a multiplayer match, all challenges are invisible. I also can never use my customization when I join like this. It wasn't always like this and I don't know why. Anything I google returns 3 year old forums with the only solution being disabling your ipv6 but I am not really interested in doing that. I've also tried uninstalling and reinstalling. any tips?
