Where should I post this to get attention for 343 employers?

I’ve been a veteran for over 15 years since Halo 3. I’ve achieved Level 50 in Multiplayer and Champion/Onyx Rank in Halo 5 as well. However I’ve recently started getting back playing Infinite and I’ve noticed that the enemies are able to turn their back and kill me which prompted me wondering if the players are able to hear footsteps? I find this very unfair to me because I’m deaf and it would make me dissatisfied continue playing trying to achieve Onyx as I’m somewhat stuck on Platinum 5/6 on Infinite with the new feature that I’m not used. Is there a way you can add visual effects for hearing footsteps or something like that? It’s going to be very difficult since I have a disadvantage at this point.

343i came in the franchise knowing they had a big responsibility so they tried with H4 but they had great ideas but didn't execute it right.
I personally blame Microsoft due to giving 343i deadlines if 343i had more time they would put more time in both campaign and multiplayer I'm confident in that.

Halo Infinite is becoming great and the way it actually will bring many people.

Personally Microsoft shouldn't neglect Halo mcc and give it one final big update with fixes etc.
