I am the leader of our club. Both me and my generals are having this issue where when we try to accept new people into our club whether itās on Xbox or our phones, we get the notification saying you are already in a club like you see in my screenshot. When I view our new players profile, though it does say they are in our club. But when I view our leaderboard roster, they are not showing. We are showing 17/20 when it should now be 19/20.

I am having the exact same issue and cannot get a response from anybody. This player turned out to be extremely toxic, and I handled it in a certain way so that the last thing I had to do was just kick him out but blocked and banned him from other things first so that way he canāt be toxic with some sort of a response after kicking him and I couldnāt even do that and now This guy can stay in our club and be toxic because game loft is having issues with their servers as far as people/leaders needing to kick certain players out making it impossible to try and work around a player continuing to be toxic because now they know they are about to be kicked, but they are gonna stay around and say whatever they want until game loft fixes this!!

The steps I did were... Hi, I'm experiencing a sound issue with Asphalt Legends Unite on Windows. The game has no audio during normal gameplay ā there's no music, sound effects, or engine noise. However, ads within the game play sound normally, which is really strange.

So the problem is that I had two devices with the same Microsoft email. Upon logging on, it allowed me to decide which progress I wanted to continue off on. Now it doesn't let me. I don't remember my garage level but my car count are around 50 - 80 if I remember correctly. The device was a windows PC, and I had installed the game from the Microsoft store. I dont remember any social network accounts being linked. I saw no progress on my account. Could login credentials be made for that account. I have purchases made and their reciepts, so could that be used to identify the account and new credentials be made for me?

I went on vacation with my wife, came back and had back surgery last month so yes at the end of last season I had 0 points. So leadership got transferred to one of my generals when the new season started today. But we were on top of it immediately and we transferred leadership back over to me. Go to your steam game, settings connect, there should be an option for Gameloft ID or something similar, create an account through it, and then use that account in your Android device to retrieve your progress back

I've been playing on the Steam version for quite a while and have become accustomed to the quirks and properties of that version, notably the lack of ad-based rewards. I've decided to login to the Android version using an account code, but then noticed that claiming some rewards on the Steam version was no longer possible.
I have not watched an ad nor have I raced on the Android version, I simply logged in and left the app (as it was too laggy to play). I've since then uninstalled the Asphalt app on my phone, but I still cannot claim a lot of rewards on the Steam version.
I'm hoping the link in my account to the Android version can be removed in order to revert it back to when it was Steam-only. I understand why this restriction is put in place, for fairness to ensure that all platforms & players get equal rewards, however my phone is effectively unable to play the game, barely even able to navigate menus and unable to watch an ad outright.
This puts me in a situation where I'm unable to claim the rewards on my PC (due to the sync issue) and on my phone (due to the performance issues), and I think it's reasonable to ask for my phone to be permanently unlinked from my account.
