In Italy, GL's CC works like this: in the first reply, they ask you to send them information and screenshots you've already sent, just to stall and show they've responded.
In the second reply, they send you a predefined response that has nothing to do with your problem. In the third reply, they may read the previous exchange and the information they already have.

Imho it's not good. Let me explain. This is technically a reduction of the maximum SCs possible for a 3 star car. It was possible to reach 10,485 SC (max optimization of races), now only 8,720 SC. It's a 16.8% nerf.

I checked all my devices in which I logged-in using my Gameloft ID, the game is not running and still it's crashing in the middle of the race (MP1 or whatever race I'm playing) while only playing on my macbook air. • When I temporarily use another app, leaving A9 open in the background, it still reacts as if it is the app I'm using. In theory this could result in unwanted payments and such. Never did this before.
• Today I changed my club name, and typing the letter "e" it systematically left to menu, so I had to copy-paste the club name to get it done.

Please Restore Mouse and Keyboard Support for macOS

Dear Customer Support Team,

I am writing to report a critical issue with the macOS version of the game.

Previously, the game had full support for mouse and keyboard, which allowed for intuitive and precise interaction with the user interface. However, this support was removed in an update several months ago. Initially, I believed this to be a bug that would be addressed in a subsequent patch, but several months have passed, and the issue remains unresolved.

The current control scheme using a controller is extremely frustrating. The analog sticks lack the precision needed to select specific buttons accurately.

For your reference, I am currently running on macOS 26 beta 4.

The removal of mouse and keyboard support has significantly impacted the user experience on macOS, making menu navigation and other interactions very difficult. I strongly urge you to prioritize restoring this essential feature.

MacBook Pro M1. An issue I noticed ever since I started playing, is that whenever there is a blue pop-up "BANK 5 TOKENS", NOTHING is being added to my balance. Considering I must have been playing for over a 1,000 days, and on average this must have happened a couple of times a day, let's settle for 10,000 extra tokens on player ID u-ec271h. Thank you!

Hello, i am having an issue where i use my switch pro controller to play and for some reason, the right trigger also is nitro on top of accelerate so whenever i click the button, it ends up using nitro and thats just something where a lot of times. yes. mouse and keyboard are blocked on MacOS 26. But we can click the Popup window , and input club chat message, so it’s a bug about compatibility. BTW, all the input devices work in Steam Application.

Iirc if you have auto-accelerate enabled the accel button is used as nitro, having it disabled should change that, just in case check if you have it enabled, if not, then it’s an issue to report

Not really. Actually this bug on macOS register input clicks while the game is on a background window, so even with "token purchase confirmation" enabled the click on "Confirm" might occur while users are on another window and the game is registering multiple random inputs wrongly.

But I have only 1M and it’s not possible to get 30M in the next few days. I have already spent like 30M on the Aston Martin and vision 1789 stages (still haven’t gotten the Jesko EIP). I have spent considerable amount of tokens to max the Deus and vision 1789.

So when I uninstalled the game restarted my machine and reinstalled the game, this is my experience afterwards,
The issue of the keyboard not being detected still persists. But I found @silent anchor's solution workaround to be helpful, I switch the active window to another program then switch back to the game and the keyboard gets detected immediately.

Whenever I update the game or do a fresh install of the game, It gets stuck on the loading screen the very first time I launch it. Like I could go do something else and after I am done that is when the game would be ready to be played.
Good thing is it only happens once, after the game updated. after that it's all good.

It also doesn't make sense from experience and strategy pov. It's not like a user who plays on keyboard can just take up mobile or a user who plays tilt or controls on mobile can just take up keyboard. This is a skill based game.

Issue Summary
Hello. I’m playing Asphalt Unite on a MacBook Air M3, and since the 24.6.0 update, the game has become completely unplayable on macOS.
Mouse/trackpad and keyboard inputs do not work at all
Even after reinstalling the game, I’m stuck at the age selection screen and cannot proceed
I contacted support multiple times, but the only reply I received was “Please wait, we’re working on it” — with no workaround, compensation, or timeline
I temporarily used GeForce NOW and even switched to another device to continue playing, but this is clearly a widespread macOS issue, as many recent App Store reviews show the same problem.
At the moment, Mac players still cannot play the game, and there has been no official update or ETA. I’m sharing this to raise awareness and to request a quick fix and clear response from the team.

i agree with the free refills thing, they should reset at a certain set time daily. but as for the showroom it would be good but unnecessary, because showroom is always there, you have all the time to finish it, and now with VIP autoplay feature it's more easy than ever to complete. You know what i would love? making the daily event pass exclusive daily instead of every 7 days.

Daily exclusive will depend more on economy balancing in game also, and it would be asking for more rewards outright.

My point was more towards how Event pass works. It gives you more tickets for daily events. Now most special events use those same tickets, except GPs and DS. Only showroom doesn't. Then Legend pass gives 1 ticket refill, but extra gas slots, but why not for showroom, it is a decision in poor taste. Showroom is most ticket and gas intensive event in the whole game. These decisions are in poor taste.

I think DS as well should have sped up ticket refills with daily pass btw. You anyway hit the wall for pay.

Sometimes other applications can interfere. For example, I use Microsoft Outlook for work, and when it puts up a notification on the screen, Asphalt stops responding to the keyboard. When I dismiss the notification, it starts working again.

As I reported at least half a year ago, this issue appeared when it runs on MacOS 26 beta.

We have to play this game only with game controller.

But it's not easy to make it work:
Run the game at first, then run the Apple Game application, make it fullscreen, click the game icon in Apple Game, or switch back to the game. You could control the game with controller now. But you still can't play this game with keyboard or mouse.

But we can use keyboard and mouse to input message in game chat, and close the popup windows, so it's just a big BUG, and Gameloft doesn't care about it.

That's more or less what I meant by "tab out to another app". Open Asphalt, then switch to any other app (it doesn't have to be Safari), then switch back. I do the switching by pressing Cmd-Tab since I always have other apps open, but you can open the other app any way you like.

Unfortunately Gameloft still haven't fixed this bug. In the time being, this workaround might work for you, open Asphalt first then switch to/open a new app on top then switch back to Asphalt and it should work. You can also switch to a full screen app or a desktop for a second or two and back to Asphalt works too.

I just updated my MacBook Air (M2 Silicon Chip) from Sequoia to Tahoe, and Asphalt has started to lag. There are constant frame drops. My graphics were always at the lowest setting.

This has never happened before. I tried setting the Resolution scale to 60% and the frame drops reduced, but it's still not as smooth as it used to be on Sequoia.

After the most recent update dropped, I've began noticing that my drifts just randomly turn off sometimes. Thought it was something to do with lag messing with control input like it happens in other games, but I've realised that it consistently happens on this one corner of water run so it must be native to this game. As soon as I try to drift, it turns off by itself a split second later. This didn't happen on any other versions. Everywhere else the bug happens, it looks quite similar. In the video, my chiron did bounce a bit, but that probably wouldn't be the cause because it happens when I don't bounce too.

Also, as a seperate issue, I very occasionally get huge lag spikes where my FPS drops to around 5 and my controls get frozen for the duration. The lag lasts from around 1-3 seconds. Happens every 200 races or so, but it's hard to tell exactly how often. Once it starts happening, it could strike again during the same race or a few races afterwards, until I close the game. Could be some sort of RAM overload caused by the game, because through some testing, I realised that having other app processes running does not increase lag frequency, but restarting my mac and therefore resetting any ram does. This issue has been happening for as long as I could remember, going probably at least 2 years back. Below is a picture of the performance settings I use, with the game set to 60 FPS.

found another consistent place that the drift cancelling bug happens. I've gone through this corner with the modificata and B95 as well, it happened to them too so it's probably not car specific

it occurs after 360s on all tracks with all cars so it's not isolated

a workaround is to hold the brake (drift button) when you land, which should keep the drift going for a little longer
if you then perform a "punch drift" you can switch to the normal toggle drift rather than holding

Make sure macOS game mode is on, it activates only in fullscreen or windowed stretched to fit screen with auto hide dock turned on (i find windowed to provide the smoothest FPS) also noticed that steam input enabled for controller to be more responsive vs disabled.

I can imagine that the technical effort to complete this first version was enormous. That's why I don't want to talk about it so badly. Maybe it is also due to my test device MacBook Pro 15 "Mid 2012(or single components like BT,...) but I´ve found the following issues:

• no (native) controller support

• Graphics settings (see Windows version)
• invalid input sound (keys A-S-D)

So i am here after the update to mention the things that are needed on MacOS. Luckily, everything is fixed now and it seems like we have a controller support + we can watch ads. The only issue that remains is the quality & graphics... I own a 2019 MacBook Pro 16" it is very much capable of running the game at 60fps and i have personally tested that by installing Windows and the device. For me, that is the only issue left. Please consider adding 60fps support.

I have encountered a very frequent issue tho when i play with controller on 60fps... it lags incredibly till the point where it takes few seconds to respond to my input. It seems tho that this issue is only happening when i turn on 60fps. On 30fps, the controller responds just normally.

There is an issue where you can't buy the same pack twice. I am trying to buy the Vencer Sarthe Small Hunter Pack ($2.99AUD), it allowed me to buy the first time I purchased. @brittle wave 's crash above is a known issue with MacOS Catalina.
If you happen to experience the similar crash (100% crash shortly after enter the game), try check and accept Game Center's terms and agreements in [System Preference] -> [Internet Accounts] by clicking on each iCloud/ Game Center accounts on the list.
If you can't agree the term by any mean (in Neptune's Moon case, it said saving for more than 10 minutes without any sign of progress), remove the account will stop the crash from happening.

You can just login to your apple account in the game on the mac, after successfully login a popup should appear and ask if you want to discard current MacOS progress and link it with your iOS progress. Note that this will completely erase the progress on your Mac. We do not support switching between multiple progresses.

@digital barn you need to contact Customer Care via the in-game link and request an account migration from Mac to Win. This is a one time migration and it cannot be undone. Once the migration is completed, you will lose all access to your Mac account & it will be deleted. You will also lose all club milestones accrued to that point if you are in a Mac club. Also CC cannot perform any migrations when there is an active SE in progress (like the GP that started yesterday) .

Im on a mac mini with extended USB-keyboard and using Touchdrive. Since the last update the TAB-key for switching TD on or off during a race no longer works. From time to time I used to use this feature to correct flight-path in several jumps for example. This is now impossible.
I assume it came with the last update, because before that it worked and now it doesn't.

And I have another phenomenon:

I have quite some time to play these times and I do. I play this game for 6 months now and in the meantime I got quite good in driving with touchdrive. I bought all three legend passes, I made more than 200.000 points in the last two club-seasons, I made it to legend league in the last two MP-seasons, I am level 78, garage level 14 and I have 58 cars unlocked so far. Surely Im not the best driver but Im decent, I think. (And I love the game by the way.)
I watch videos on youtube for the special events and the GP to see how other drivers are doing (with touchdrive of course) and I noticed that my times with exactly the same cars (stars, ranking) are always 1-2 seconds slower than theirs, even if I make exactly the same moves in the races. No matter what I try – Im not able to get their times.

And I realised a small difference between their and my driving: When they do a 360 on a ramp, they double-tap immediately AFTER the car leaves the ramp. This is not possible on my mac. If my car is in the air I cannot trigger the 360 anymore. I have to double-tap WHILE it’s still on the ramp (or even before). This way Im losing a little bit of speed each time which accumulates to time-loss in the end. This is one difference between iOS (and maybe other platforms) and macOS. And I have a suspicion that there are more. Maybe the keyboard-control isn’t as immediate as the touchscreen of the mobile devices, maybe there’s a lag in displaying the actual position in race (sometimes I come in 2nd visually and get ranked 3rd for example) and so on…

Could this be possible?

@sleek moon yes the tab for td doesnt work anyomore. actually it was irritating as i am a manual user and whenever i did CMD+TAB to switch apps, the game instantly turned on td which was irritating. Also, it is possible to 360 after the car leaves the ramp as you press brake when the car is about to leave the ramp and then again press brake when the car leaves the ramp(FYI, you have to be accurate and precise). Also, do a small drift after landing from a 360 to get a perfect landing and avoiding overspins

Dont't know, if this is a macos issue – other gamers reported it was fixed with an update on the windows platform.

But on the mac (Asphalt9 version 2.3.5) it's not possible, because the car selection is empty.

That's particularly funny because I already played that race when the season was new. So there WAS at least one car I could use for that race.

no need to explain how to hold a pencil. believe me, I am not THAT stupid as you might suggest.

the fact still remains:
I (and some others obviously) cannot drive the race "Airdropped" (and others), because the game isn't showing us a single car to select from. although I already drove that race when the season was new. so I definitely HAD a car to drive it. and as far as I know, there is no way to loose cars in that game.

and I use the most recent version on macs (app 2.3.5 – ingame 2.3.3a) because there is no newer one. and mina wrote in the hot-topics that a version 2.3.4a would fix that problem – which obviously is not for the mac.

so I suggest that the developers ALSO publish an update for the MAC to fix that.

I was writing with Fred (who was a developer I guess – now there is no account anymore?) about the return-key triggering that annoying system-alert-sound.

Since the last update it is gone (as I wrote earlier), but sometimes it's there again and I now figured out why: When the game is started, there is no alert-sound. But as soon as I entered the first message in the ingame-chat (with the return-key) the return-key then triggers the alert-sound each time afterwards. Until I exit the game and restart it. Then everything is fine again, until the next message in the ... you get the point.
It's safely reproducible.

When I start playing Asphalt 9, my potato mac gives me a stable 30fps. However, as soon as I write my first message in the chat, my game changes to a laggy 60fps. Please Gameloft, fix this issue. Give us the ability to change the resolution and the quality of the game. My i5 5250u mac can't handle 60fps at all and it heats up madly. Please fix this.

On macOS setting the game to 60fps obviously prevents the ADs from playing. At first it seemed random, but I could definitely proof it several times: As soon as I set my graphics to 60fps the ADs no longer play. (Apart from that they're sometimes not playing for other reasons – no matter which fps setting I use – as other players frequently report too)

That aside, here is what I know, hope you will find an answer in there cuz tbh I have no idea what you're talking about:

• I have never transferred before but from what I've heard, transfer to another platform will not retain your progress. You will be provided with currencies equivalent to your current garage progress in the original account, and that's it. It is not a reversible process either, which means you will have to accept it whether you like it or not.
• And if you are talking about lending account through facebook or game center, you are violating the term of use, which will lead to perma ban.
• I also heard about the scam MP services where they rob your entire account when you give them the account expect they will do MP for you. This is also considered as lending account so contact CC will only get your account banned forever.

@tranquil bobcat if you have game center or facebook login there is very high chance your password has been leaked out and someone trying to hijack your account.
contact Customer Care asap to remove unwanted connection, also change your passwords.
