The shop is currently being tested in Spain and Romania regions, it should start appearing for other regions from today onwwards, it'll be rolling out slowly and there is no fixed date for anyone, you'll just find it in your game sometime in future.

I don’t like that I have to search every nook and cranny for each token pack. All token packs should be in one place

The previous design was better. Please give an option to revert back to the old design. At least you only had to scroll up or down to get from one set of packs to the next, instead if going to the different tabs and then finding the pack you are looking for. There are too many chances that you will not see something that GL has added to any of the tabs. If not reverting to the old design, at least make it scrollable so that you can get from one set of packs to the next without having to go back and select the tab.

The new shop layout focuses less on accessibility and more on aesthetics.
I prefer shop with accessibility more. Plus nobody even cares about how the shop looks tbh lol (I'm sorry if you do), I just want to get my stuff quickly instead of navigating through different sections to get to my final thing.
The previous layout had clearer sections on the side bar, scroll through it and you will find what you are looking for instantly. Not with this. iirc different events had their dedicated sections in the shop, now they are all tucked in to one Events section, and you have to scroll endlessly to find what you want.
Please if you can, update the shop layout to be more accessible. I don't care about the damn aesthetics of an in-game mechanic which includes real money.

P.S. please give all the token packs a dedicated, seperate section. You can just name it token packs, don't need to spend too much of your brainpower to think a name for it

i didn't get the store update yet, but the tabs look like they'd be awkward to navigate with anything but a mouse. maybe keep the same sub-category tiles, but also turn the tabs into the vertical scroll sections from the current/old store?

it's a lot easier to just scroll with your finger on the touchscreen than tap on the tabs, and it'll also probably need less buttons or button presses to navigate on keyboard or controller, since you just scroll up and down

Do it like on A9C: Put up expensive packs in tokens, obviously limited to 50 or 30 as you prefer, in which you can try to get the key to the star car or blueprints, but it's just for 1 car not more. I'm suggesting this because you've started including key bundles, so why not add it officially?

Make keys avaliable to purchase in the shop. Make it worth spotlight currency. Make it very expensive depending on how valuable it is.
For LS:
Make keys available to buy with trade coins (example: Electric R key for 50k trade coins).
For DS:
Balance the shop. Nerf the prices on blueprint multipacks. Make it actually f2p. You dont need to make it entirely f2p, but also increase the variety of cars you can use, like old DS.
VIP shop:
Everything looks okay so far, but maybe add more opportunities for VIP points?

What's frustrating about cosmetic updates is when things that used to work get broken and become unusable.
This update increases the time it takes to reach content, which will likely increase player dissatisfaction. After using it for three days post-update, repeatedly pressing the back button every time I move between content is a hassle. The failure to utilize swipe gestures specific to smartphones is also problematic.
Especially when going to the Gauntlet Mart, needing to press the button four times is nothing short of inconvenient.
Furthermore, the overall display of content has become smaller and harder to see, which is also bad.

It would be better to scrap the new UI and instead improve the old UI by renaming tabs and grouping related items.

It’s a terrible experience! Instead of one “wallet with pockets, where you see all the stuff and take what you want” we got a “wallet with multiple wallets inside and wallets within wallets”. 1. You can’t browse and see all content at once if you just checking what’s new. 2. You need to do multiple clicks in different corners, if you need something specific. It was nothing wrong with scrolling as a main and menu on a side - clear and easy to use. Please give it back!

It might not be a popular opinion, but the new shop layout is not absolutely bad in my eyes. With some fine tuning it might even be better than the original one.

Here is what it would require to make it work for me (and likely many others):

• The Gauntlet store/market needs a fixed place in the YOUR JOURNEY tab (there is enough space left). Gauntlet store is always available just like the legend store, so it would fit there very well. Currently it‘s buried between GP offers, Car hunt and Starway while I get offers in the tiles that I don’t need because I have all the cars already maxed. Btw, the DS tile doesn’t load (similar to the daily and special event thumbnails). Gauntlet coins are already present in the CURRENCIES tab - why offer them in 2 places?
• A separate tile for each event with side-scrolling in the **EVENTS **tab instead of the MORE EVENTS tile that mixes everything that didn’t make it into the main screen.
• The **Spotlight market **really needs an overhaul – it’s about half the size as it was before. It’s absolutely annoying to squeeze the eyes just to get a hint of what you buy (on mobile). There is more than enough space to make it bigger again. The spotlight currency counter on the bottom for example would fit besides the refresh button, so the blueprint/Import parts ‘tiles’ can be stretched. Not enough but at least better than now.
• Also the ‘costs real money’ note on the top of the offers needs to be locked to the corresponding sections where it’s actually fitting. Currently it is fixed in the top bar so everything is marked as „costs real money“. That’s confusing.

• When we enter a shop directly in an event, the back button should bring us back to the event, not the shop. Those extra clicks are too frequent with the new layout!
• Please remove that annoying bank button in the upper bar of the game screen! It’s absolutely useless now. We have everything in one place and in mobile it’s so tiny, that it often gets a hit unintentionally. Before the shop update it was vaguely useful for easier access to the legend store with less scrolling. Now it doesn’t serve any purpose anymore and the bar is already too crowded. And this yellow dot always on is annoying as well. Nobody will hit the buy button just because it is there. Those who want to spend money like this will do it anyway and can find all the currency offers in one spot now.
• Spotlight shop button directs to real money offers instead of the market. The NEW OFFER note stays no matter how often I enter the shop. It only started with the shop layout change a few days ago so I guess there is a correlation.

i just got the new shop and I like the idea of revamping it a lot but I think it’s simply too complicated with all the categories. However, I also think that people like me will get used to it, like with the unite UI revamp.

I dislike the new shop menu a lot. Instead of being able to quickly scroll down and see each offer then moving on, I have to click on individual pages which just slows down the overall experience.

I feel like with the old shop menu, I’d at least have a look at the offers but with the new one I haven’t even bothered to see the real money offers at all because how long it would take to just look through each page menu. Not to mention how annoying it would be to check these pages on a regular basis

I prefer the old shop if I had to pick, and I’d suggest having some sort of filtering system instead of this current store UI

So my thoughts about the shop.

The good. It looks visually nice i will say, plus when going to like legend store there isnt any delay which I find nice.

The bad. I dont understand why the new vip market doesn't show the amount of vip points you have right now which I find odd. The other problem i have is that all the packs are in other areas which I find kind of weird.

It's a little difficult to find things, but perhaps that's because it's new, and we'll get used to it after a while. Yesterday I thought it was terrible, but not so much today 😅
What I do miss is being able to navigate horizontally with the L/R buttons to jump between the different currencies. For example, in the Holi Festival shop, there are purchases with "Real Money | Diamonds | Market | Tokens" in that order. In the new design, we can't jump from Real Money to Market with just two clicks; we have to scroll through the entire shop to get to the Market
