It's nice to have after-race ads on windows back, however, they are extremely loud as compared to any of the sound settings (even those at 100%). Please adjust this - it actually forces me to play the game super-silent, just not to get my hearing damaged by an ad sound. With headphones it can probably even be considered a health hazard.

Guys, the game is crashing on Windows while playing Multiplayer.

I reported to CC multiple times but no response yet.

I am on a 13th gen 14-core CPU, RTX 3060 GPU and 32GB of RAM. I don't understand what is going on.

Hey guys, does anyone experience strange lag in the game, like the game has a short "stroke". For a second or two the game is moving in "slow motion". My internet connection is good, stable and fast. It's like when it's a special hunt, people need golden cars to get the key, and then complain that they don't have enough credits... 200k credits plus credits from multiplier ads are a good way to get your car ranked up when needed.

This is high preset with shadows resolution and shadows quality set to ultra (dynamic shadows and dynamic lighting disabled).

Judging by the fact that after the release of alu both vegetation, road coverage and static shadows look like absolute garbage we can tell that devs messed up quality of every single texture and model in the game.
So let me get this clear - you make the game run 3-5 times worse by adding dynamic shadows that are static and supposed to be baked in and then you compensate it with "optimizing" the game by reducing the quality of literally everything to the point where it looks like it's not even loaded properly and blurring the heck of the game with the horrible TAA and effects. Good job devs and good job those who were supposed to control quality of their work.
Okay, I get it, you don't want to work, but then why not bring the graphics from the 2018 A9 soft launch, that looked AND worked endlessly better and still felt like A9? You literally had all the assets ready, all that was left to do was maybe tweak post processing for the newer tracks and that's it. But no, you decide to screw it up completely, screw it up so bad that it becomes unplayable in some cases.

I'd like to ask you for help regarding a ticket with this ID: #3400671.
My account has been deleted without warning. I've been improving my garage for last 4.5 years.
I play on Windows but occasionally on the phone after ALU release (I didn't specify in the ticket but I meant Android).
I got notified that "after a review with game team and legal", I was told I had filled a form to request a deletion of my account.
Then a CC agent explained to me that there's a "Delete Account" button on iOS that takes you to the form and after you fill it the 30 day countdown starts and you can cancel the deletion during that time. After that your account is gone forever. In my case the process has been completed.
I've been informed that "your personal data was deleted as per your request and in compliance with our legal obligations regarding the right to erasure of data." and was told that it can't be reverted.
I have never used an iOS device though so this is not an option. And I didn't even get notified that such a request was filed. I was just instantly struck with it being deleted without warning.
I explained that by phone I meant an Android device. And I asked for any proof related to the deletion request.
But instead of that I just got a message saying that they don't have technical means to revert this process.
Could You please support me with recovering my account, please?

The stutters in this game are rampant after the new update. I am losing about 2 to 4 seconds every race in multiplayer due to just stutters.
I don't know what happened but stutters weren't really an issue after the mini update which brought massive optimization changes, but it seems like they are back with this new update.

I've had 2 tries with the mistral in overclock showcase and only got within 5 seconds. I use the keyboard and not touch nor controller so wondering if it's doable under these conditions. I agree that touchdrive should have never existed (the amount of times ive seen some youtuber say this game is bullcrap when trying it out just because it introduced them to touchdrive immediately (great game design) and they didn't find the button that disables it). But trust me, these times in the recent events are just from gl not caring and not testing their own game. They probably tested the bos with torino, and decided that it would be logical to put a similar but better time for lykan (since it's a better car), but forgot the fact that it has 700 points lower rank at stock. If they were really trying to push the skill ceiling, all the times in events would be harder, not just some random conditions. For now, just remember that this is not the first time and not the first update this has happened.

You can change the rating alg in MP1 all you want gameloft, you still won't make it fun.
After grinding out milestones in the last 2 series I have received nothing but tradecoins for rewards (I have 130k of them already).
It's not worth playing at all when it's no fun racing against lobbies of 7 Vanda's with my best car being a gold 007 which I have to manage gas now with the GP. I am garage level 37 and have poor choice of cars to use in ALU. The tier system limits the cars and therefore gas I have in MP1 this degrades the value I get from my Unite pass purchase as well. I used to finish in the top 800 in A9 Legend League, I haven't reached LL in ALU at all ever. Remove the tier system immediately, spamming class D in MP2 for reputation points for 4 months now is extremely boring too and will not keep me paying for the unite pass for much longer.
I hope your bottom line is showing how many paying players have left the game and those of us who remain do not purchase MP pass anymore.

If we keep an ad open for a certain period of time, like 2-5 minutes, closing the ad renders the game unresponsive to any other queues for watching ads, unless we close the game and restart it. In another game on the google play games beta I play, this doesn't occur at all no matter how long I leave the ad sitting there. So this is not attributable to the google play games beta. Thank you.

When hosting a split-screen race, if you select a point-to-point race, then back out and re-enter the menu, the point-to-point event will still be highlighted, but you're also able to adjust the amount of "laps". This is useful for "Islet Race" on Caribbean Island, but for actual P2P events, it'll bug out and 'enable' some pseudo freeroam.

This can also technically be done in Private Lobbies too, but trying to do it will give a "Cannot connect to server" error message.

I just got the weirdest bug.
Playing on TEAM PURSUIT Multiplayer, as Syndicate, camera panned normally to me in the countdown, but when the race started it panned to someone else's car, but I still could control my car??
Unfortunaltely I don't have video of it, but I was using the DRAKO GTE and the camera panned to someone using the VENCER.
I'm playing on controller, and found out that when I press R1/RB at any point of the countdown..., that causes the camera to change
I can still control my car, but I can only play from another person's perspective
And the game goes into this weird state...
If I press R1/RB once, I can still control my car (VIDEO 1)
But if I press twice or more at the countdown, or activate TouchDrive while in a race, I lose control of it, can't even drive through keyboard. (VIDEO 2, notice I steer but the car stays going forward)

Try uninstalling using Revo Uninstaller, this will get rid of any associated temp files, and clear up any registry entries that may be causing any issues with installing (Revo will create a registry backup at this point). Use Revo first (Asphalt will be under Windows Apps in the program), then restart to flush any further temp files. Also open a command prompt in Admin Mode (Win Key -> <type> Command Prompt -> Run as administrator) and run wsreset.exe, this will reset the Windows Store (you may or may not need to log back into Windows Store afterwards), this will also help clear any temp files in the Windows Store which may affect updating/installing.

On Windows, closing this game leave it hanging. Using exit just give you a dark screen with nothing on it. For every app or game in full screen mode, moving the mouse to the bottom of the screen brings up the taskbar, with this game in fullscreen, that does not happen.

I don't think so. Back when it was Asphalt 9, updates didn't take up the entire game. It only downloaded the files needed to update it, like it happens on Android for example.

Perhaps your game crashes, but you're still able to play. Mine doesn't even open. It now passes the loading screen, shows the firs year of the snake season panel for 2 or 3 seconds and closes automatically.

It's not for them to reply, reports are channeled towards CC lately and they contact devs directly, I think they can pull crash logs when you submit the report using your player ID

I've had this issue for quite some time (previous to this update) whenever the game crashes and restarts itself. The cursor disappears but the mouse actually still works. Moving the mouse around, you can see elements on the page light up when the invisible cursor passes over them. There is a bit of latency with it. Manually restarting the game brings the game cursor back.

Before the update game worked fine. I updated it and after that the game just shows the first screen after the loading screen and simply shuts. My game ID is u-5f749. Here you have a video of what happens and a full dxdiag where I think you'll find all the data you need about my PC.
