i was waiting for update but as it didnt came out for long i was tired so i tried steam i tried to connect my account to steam but mistakenly did opposite now my main account(which is Glvl 14) is connected and replaced by steam account (glvl 1) i now no longer have access to my main progress (glvl 14) i tried contacting customer support but it doesnt help (its been 2 days already but no response) so please if anybody of you know how to recover please please help me.

Every time I click on the game, I get to the screen that reads the progress bar and then the progress bar in the bottom right corner turns a few times and it gets stuck and then the game flashes back

uninstall the game, then head over to %localappdata%\Packages
if the folder named A278AB0D.Asphalt9_h6adky7gbf63m is still there, delete it.. and remember: don't do this when you have your game still installed, only delete that folder after uninstalling the game
now open run(win+r) and type WSreset.exe, then restart your computer
and finally install a9 again

not sure if this will work, because I haven't been able to replicate the problem myself, but worth giving it a try anyway if you have unlimited wifi

you should run DISM and SFC scans to try to fix the corrupted dll file

no that's not the only way to fix a corrupt system file, you can restore your system to a clean image, simple windows reset, or something as simple as replacing your faulty dll file with a clean one from a healthy system.. Reinstalling windows is the last resort

Recent update borked the =/> 120fps settings.

All settings are just messed up it seems. Unticking fullscreen enables fullscreen & vice versa, DoF is enabled regardless of it's selected state.

Changed my settings for the first time in forever, and it pretty much broke itself.

That is incorrect as daily events did not change at all and could be played the same. it would be special events in the Daily Events Hunts and added event, seen one 1 day before expired, but had to have all cars from last season to get all rewards. If you lost them is because you did not play. game was playable , but no new content was added.

Regular Daily Events were the same (eg Class events, Exclusive Cars, and Credit Hunts), the list is taken from the Future Sparks events which all platforms except Windows/Microsoft did not have due to the delay. The Green Boxes were also not available due to the delay, and certain Daily Tasks could not be completed due to the delay, meaning no access to SE's, MP and Club Rep Points. I did not include the Green Tokens event which used last seasons cars, as this was available when the update eventually went live. For reference I kept a log of this as I have my main Windows account, and a seperate alternative account on Steam, therefore, I was able to compare and contrast the missing events.

Is there any possibility to have a look at the track Greenland - Volcano Run; Since a few months I crash regularly at the first lava jump in the cave system; Normally you would expect to get a lift to the upper level, but I just bump into the rock in the middle between the two levels; I tried everything to see if the way I do the 360s or activitating the nitro would help the issue, but nothing seems to impact of crashing or not; It really looks like just gambling. GL in DS8, I have managed to use most of my pinned missions and cash to get DS tokens and finally managed to get Sixteen to 2* only to find I have to use DS tokens to upgrade the Sixteen to required ranking, this is the 3rd paywall I have hit in this DS and I will not spend £100 to get a virtual car.
This is the most expensive DS I have ever seen, this is very bad for the game especially after the delays in update and the insulting compensation.

just know that it's not an asphalt problem... it's more of 'you' problem. because it's a very specific issue based on your pc specs. they may or may not fix it. they may or may not put lot of time and resources to fix the issue. they aren't forced to fix it. nobody knows if/when they will. there's nothing to do than wait until holidays are over and ask then.

I'm guessing by the total Red Tokens you have, you've got all the garage cars at gold. Therefore it is likely that you've got at least 1x SRT8 and 1x NSX Epic in your inventory. As the game for some reason takes it as you needing more of those Epics as you don't have the exact ammount of Epics applied or stored up. eg The SRT8 needs 4 Epics, if you have 3 applied and 1 in your inventory you have 4 total, no more will show; but, if you have 4 applied and 1 in your inventory, the game strangely sees this as not having exactly 4 Epics so will show it. Most likely the game is programed to be: IF Epic = 4, Do Not Show, IF other number = show.

PS Not releated to the above, I'll stop posting my daily request for redress for Windows/Microsoft players and will re-start it again on Jan 8 when it appears that's when GL are back in the office.

You can but it is a permanent transfer. Transferred mine from iOS to PC but that was a year ago. Contact support, they can be a bit annoying in asking questions but they are making sure that the account is yours. Then yeah, you can play in PC.

If your car is already at 4 Star after the event you can do with it whatever you want, it depends on your car and garage management. I personally only upgrade if needed for an event, otherwise I only do one upgrade and one import per day, usually Monday-Friday I do a low value upgrade (like a D, C, or lower B class), and do high value upgrades (upper level A or S Class and maybe an Epic instead of an import) at the weekend as a treat. This is so I can meet the daily 5 token critera, and it allows my credit bank to accumulate so I don't even have to think about it.

As for the physics issues, I wouldn't be suprised if that's tweaked in the next update, like they've done with other cars before that were a little "wonky".

Can anyone offer a suggestion to mute all sounds including ads from A9 on PC? I use X-Box game bar to mute the instance of A9 so I can listen to music or other things but when I play an ad for extra credit or card pack, the ad isn't affected by that mute and it's so bloody loud! seriously, they need to match the sound level of ads to the ingame overall volume. I can't even play the game with sound on as the ads will blare out of my speakers, or worse headphones

It seems i might have found a solution to my own problem.

I came across a program called EarTrumpet that's available in the Microsoft Store. This splits the audio per application similar to how the Xbox Game Bar does, but this actually seems to also capture the audio for the ads so they are silent too
