I have an issue in my AsphaltGame.
Since a few days it is not possible to connect to the Official Asphalt Server, either I connect with just one Player or with noone.

Is there any possibility to fix the problem?

● More hackers than ever across all events.
● unable to open game sporadically happening
● game resets to default settings
● Game changes camera angle without prompt. I use Action only. Free view camera not working since British season
● Game causing overheating since British season
● Multiplayer races are taking longer and longer to start ( 1 mins 14 seconds is my record of waiting)
● loss of control over vehicles in Caribbean, Midwest and Cairo. Nevada is laggy and glitchy.
●vehicles speeds aren't all the same in garage stats but on track other cars ranked slower can overtake even when full speed myself .
● I paid for a product that isn't as stated, false advertisement of product.
● refuel time doesn't change after watching 2 /3 ads.

I would expect these to be simple tasks to correct, unfortunately I have very little faith regarding my experience with customer care and the lack of getting any reasonable answer

After the resent update the game is running slower, more laggy, and more buggyer. Sometimes when I do a mp race I just lag very hard then the game just crashes. Hay, you got what I needed. Just like that, the fps just dropes. Especially when there's a lot happening on screen. Probably cuz I have a potato phone (*Samsung A11). But looking at your video it seems you might have a higher-end phone, I could be wrong tho.

Experience a serious lag that game is eating-up quite a large amount of RAM.

Hence, had to restart the game as a result due to poor RAM optimization (and heats-up quickly).

@late topaz A solution for ad problem, you have to close the pop up menu after you watch an ad and then again you have to click on skip button or +sign for event tickets to watch an ad, it will definitely work

This started since American Season. To temporary fix it, bring up the onscreen keyboard from chat or pull down google notification overlay. Next do not use controller button to go back to the game. Instead tap on the game screen or tap mouse pointer (ps4 touchpad) to refocus on the game. The white overlay should disappear, it will/may reappear after ads or when game is restarted.

On my phone (Samsung S10+ exynos version), A9 downloaded from samsung store do not have this issue. Google play version has this issue. I tried reinstalling google play version on every new A9 update, but same problem still remains with the latest. If you are on a samsung phone, you may want to try download from samsung store.

Maps like Cairo and Midwest in mp have grapphic issues when you take barrel rolls (Midwest and Cairo) or take the big round turn on Cairo. I don't know if it's happening in all devices or it's just me. It happens every time after the last update.

● game resets to default settings
● Game changes camera angle without prompt. I use Action only. Free view camera not working since British season
● Game causing overheating since British season
● Multiplayer races are taking longer and longer to start ( 1 mins 14 seconds is my record of waiting)
●Multiplayer events asking to much of players to reach all goals
● loss of control over vehicles in Caribbean, Midwest and Cairo. Nevada is laggy and glitchy.
●vehicles speeds aren't all the same in garage stats but on track other cars ranked slower can overtake even when full speed myself .
● I paid for a product that isn't as stated, false advertisement of product.
● refuel time doesn't change after watching 2 /3 ads.
● after watching 1 add and then trying another it causes game to freeze irrelevant of for fuel of reward.

I would expect these to be tasks to easily correct, unfortunately I have very little faith regarding my experience with customer care and the lack of getting any reasonable answer from development

1. I haven't seen any issues with ads, except on windows, if it happens with specific ads please report them here
2. Regarding performance issues, OneUI3.1 has been very unstable for a lot of users, mainly 3D rendering issues in games, it even affected Note 20s and other top end Samsung devices. Try updating your samsung game driver app.
3. About the gfx settings not working, yes, the team is aware, I also have to stick with low resolution because of this. Hopefully will be fixed soon.
4. About the free camera view, it also happens to me on specific tracks, devs probably know about this, but I'll make a proper report later.
5. Overheating, also related to inefficient ram management after OneUI3, happens in both Exynos and SD ver.
6. About mp delays, it happens a lot on android, players take long to connect and/or they end up disconnecting on purpose to lose points.
7. Losing control of cars? Could you describe this issue a bit more? On what instances, what cars?
8. Top speed stats in garage are indicated in km/h, so if you use imperial, you'll have to jump into a race and test it yourself or check the Asphalt 9 database
9. You paid for a product that isn't as stated? We're not customer care. Please send a full report of your issue to the link archived in #👨💻-customer-care
10. Again, it might be an ad issue, either ad or device specific. This could be the reason why watching ads might freeze the game.

So many hackers in the game no matter how much you announce on social media that you removed hackers, I always see them in platinum and above in MP1 and elite and above in MP2. Please don't completely rely on report system, use a better anti cheat system.
I have seen many good players getting false banned, thats why I said that we shouldn't rely completely on report system.

The ad immediately goes to the final screen of the ad with the "x".
Pressing "x" just brings you back to the original screen without giving rewards or reducing refueling time.

I have a problem with graphics, In some update about half a year ago, you improved the graphics.
Since then, the game has been chopped off while playing and it is not affected by wifi or 4G. The game gets the least jammed at the Performance setting at 60 fps.
60 fps is not constant and sometimes the game is so choppy in different situations that it spoils the race. In some lines there are regular sections where this happens.
I wrote to Custom Care but they ended a conversation with me. They advised nonsense about connection. This is not how I got it punished.The error is in the graphical settings in the game. My model can't handle the graphic details during the race.
She runs out of patience, it lasts a long time and she never does anything about it.
Where should I write to address the memo of problems when Na Custom Care didn't help me?

● game resets to default settings
● Game changes camera angle without prompt. I use Action only. Free view camera not working since British season
● Game causing overheating since British season
● Multiplayer races are taking longer and longer to start.
●Multiplayer events asking to much of players to reach all goals
● loss of control over vehicles in Caribbean, Midwest and Cairo. Nevada is laggy and glitchy.
●vehicles speeds aren't all the same in garage stats but on track other cars ranked slower can overtake even when full speed myself .
●
● refuel time doesn't change after watching 2 /3 ads.
● after watching 1 add and then trying another it causes game to freeze irrelevant of for fuel of reward.

I would expect these to be tasks to easily correct, unfortunately I have very little faith regarding my experience with customer care and the lack of getting any reasonable answer from development team. Maybe it's time to fire the useless internship and employ qualified trustworthy coders.

This game is totally unplayable in credit heist and all the events. Game lags so hard that for example the weekly competition last S corner took 2 minutes to get past as car move like one frame for 10 seconds. Picture freeze up for 5-10 seconds then gets moving a bit with mega stuttering.

Nothing you can do about it, and nothing GL will do about it, they make too much money from the ads I guess. It reliably happens with all the interactive ads (anything from Lego for example). Even if the ad works, the damage is done and the next ad will cause the app to crash hard.

Have the same thing and screen! After update and downloading 2gigs first run was fine, in second run got this screen (A problem occured and the download not be completed bla bla..). Pressing yes - nothing happens 😦

Another glitch with ads: after watching ad (ADS PACK - FREE), if You want to get to the reward faster and taping on reward animation (to skip it ), there appears new animation, which freezes the game (looks like there is another window on a top of game, so animation is not fast forwarding, but instead appears one more time)
So be patient and dont tap on reward animation 🙂

Have You been playing (trying) A9 from other than main (Admin) user account? Hint: Samsung disables this Android feature of multiple user accounts at one device, while others find it handy (sharing pad with family etc). Probably thats the core of problem?
