it feels like the sun brightness across different maps is way too inconsistent, and that causes some dynamic lights to be too overexposed. bacalar's nitro lights (applies to all of them) are way too bright in buenos aires, a bit too bright in san francisco (orange nitro light is better than the rest specifically on sf), and properly bright in osaka. redmi note 13 pro 5g (the snapdragon one), highest settings it allows

lamborghini and some other manufacturers don't allow gameloft to have dual-color paint on cars, but the devs messed up and forgot to actually turn off dual color on them, they just hid the button to change color 2 and to toggle dual color. it's been like that since a couple months after the new customization dropped (at first you could actually change color 2 with some trickery)

Just restart your game every time you watch ads, except for relay packs. If you watch 10 ads that means you have to restart your game for 10 times after you watch ads. That's the current solution which is very annoying.

And that's why you need to restart your game to get the rewards. The restart I mean here is quit the game, clear background and launch the game. That's the only way you want to get your rewards.

To be specific, the reward I mean here is credit multipliers after race, ad pack and ticket, but the reward you mention is relay packs, then yeah, I understand, because it is impossible to claim the relay pack with restart method

Here's the guide for each issue:

1️⃣ Credit multiplier
ISSUE: Not received reward after watching ads, instead the game redirects you back event page.
SOLUTION: Do not start another race, just move on to the next gaming session. THIS STEP IS IMPORTANT. Once you're in the next session, do not press anything until you receive the leftover credits, else no reward will be received. Waiting time usually takes around 10 to 15 seconds.

2️⃣ Ad Pack and Ticket
Issue same as 1️⃣
SOLUTION: You can either continue watching ads to get next rewards or use the same solution as 1️⃣. The missed ad pack and ticket sometimes will refund to you after 1-2 ads, SOMETIMES DON'T, unlike credit multipliers, which will never refund to you unless you move on to next game session.

PS: Some Reddit users discuss the temporary solution about ad rewards (not sure if this include relay packs). Some of them found out there's no need to move on to the next session, below are the solutions provided by them:

1. Turn off your screen for a few seconds, no need to quit the game.

These 2 solutions work with them, but I guess it depends on the devices. For my device, move on to the next game session is the only way it works for me.

Folks, anyone has seen an issue where they purchased BPs from the Legend Store/Shop and after sometime those BPs are missing? I only noticed because I had bought enough to unlock the car, and it left a message in the in-game chat. Later on in garage, it is showing the car as locked again.

I asked in our club and at least one more player has had this issue (and with more than one car).

When I raised it to the gameloft customer support, they have been gaslighting me saying:
Mail 1: They are looking into it.
Mail 2: They asked for "Purchase confirmation email"!!! Is that a thing for purchase in the legend store?
Mail 3: (I had sent screenshots from garage and in-game chat) : They claimed I had miscalculated as the garage shows I have 4 BPs less than needed for unlock!! (Wasn't that what I had messaged them about in the first place)
Mail 4 : (I had pointed out that they ignored the in-game chat confirmation on car unlock) : They think that I have created fake screenshots and they will neither believe it, nor check from the system end to see if there was such a message in our in-game chat posted by the system. Also, some fakery about rewards and ranking: "We assure you that you've received the correct rewards, which are awarded according to the latest information recorded in our database. If you're missing one, it's because you're not eligible for it based on your final ranking, or you haven't met a requirement." 🤯

As of now I have asked my club-mates to share screenshots from their accounts to show that I am not making this up - but unfortunately, other than the screenshot in the club messages in in-game chat, there is no trace of evidence left.

What does one do in such scenarios?

But since I bought the Coolshark JK02 wireless controller, I’ve been hitting this bug constantly and only in asphalt. I'm going to share my experience with this issue (and maybe others too):

In the first few days, I reinstalled the game twice, but it didn't fix it. I also cleared the game cache, but that didn't work either.

This only happens a few times: I open the game and the images never load, but when I play for more than 20 minutes, they RARELY load. It only happens about once a day.

I THINK this issue hasn't existed since the new season update, because with my old phone, the problem started in september of last year. When I got my new phone, the images loaded without any problems, until the new season came and the problem returned to me, along with other users. That's when there were many reports, even on Facebook.

I don't know if this issue affects all Android phones, since my phone is a low/mid-range Samsung A16, and I don't know if it also affects high-end phones.

In short, neither reinstalling the game nor clearing its cache fixes this issue. We're still affected after two bug-fix updates, and while this issue can be annoying, we have to be patient and wait for Gameloft to provide a solution so we don't have to deal with it anymore.

This is my personal opinion on what we're going through, and my experience since the issue first appeared.

I hope the mods understand what we, the affected players, are going through.

I think it's time to stop adding events that charge exorbitant prices for bad cars and focus on fixing the game first, and then go back to selling items.

Because spending money on a game that doesn't work is difficult; if the game had a bug that was delivering rewards effortlessly, they would take down the server just to fix it.

Yes, those 40 ads are for any type of rewards you can get from the game by watching ads, and you have to plan carefully for what you want to get before they run out. For example, there are 20 times you can watch ads to get free tickets, but for some reasons you have already spent 21 of them to get credits from like MP or Events, so theres only 19 ads left for you to get the tickets

I press brake to cancel a short drift and the car just does a 360. It happens randomly in any race, and I can't record every race to show you video proof (even replay won't show anything bcuz it doesn't show inputs).

usually, for syndicate cars, you need to have your car at at least 2 stars away from max to complete the chapter. your car is at 2/5

and for chapters after like, 2 or so, you always need to pay for packs to get it to that minimum level. that's how they get you. it's always been like that for ds (aside from a couple first ones apparently)
