Hi! Does anyone else have problems with ads working properly while playing Asphalt Legends on their Android cell phones while out and about away from the home wifi and on the cell phone data network?

The ads most often freeze and then continue to play and then freeze again and play and freeze again until and if it finally reaches the end of part 1 or 2 ads. It takes minutes to get through an ad this way and many times unsuccesfully because it often fails when going to ad 2 of 2 or fails to complete the ad and then just goes to the end of race credits screen. It happens usually with long video ads. It doesn't happen for ads that show polls or I believe game ads or other ads that let you play it's mini ad game or mini demo game ad.

I do not have this problem with my home wifi or friend's wifi connection. This only happens when I'm using my phones cellular data connection for internet access.

I am using a Samsung A25 phone on the Verizon network in the New York City metro area with good coverage for my market.

I have had this problem for about a year now but am only now bringing it up and complaining about it.

do you gain rep from the race? if not, you're on the cheaterboard. stay away from the game for 24 hours and you'll be off it. there's currently some bug that puts players on the cheaterboard wrongly, idk the specifics

Oversized Nametags - Priority Call for the NEXT update!

Right now, the nameplates floating above players are so oversized they might as well be advertising billboards. The screen becomes a chaotic mess of overlapping text, covering ramps, shortcuts, and nitro bottles and basically, the road itself! You’re actually racing blind - especially if you're starting from the back of the pack - good luck seeing anything beyond a wall of floating names. Most annoying on mobile devices...

Why is it so hard to realize and fix this important issue - don't you test the gameplay on all offered devices?!

In a fast-paced, reaction-based racing game, seeing the track should probably come before seeing someone’s username in size 72 font.

Suggestion:

1. Just replace them with club logos since they're perfectly sized, recognizable, and don’t take over half the screen. They show affiliation, keeps the identity, trims the clutter, and lets us focus on racing - not dodging giant name tags.

So I was recently racing online and eventually, I got first place. Now everything was going great, ppl were gonna see that I got into silver, then when I reached the 70s, I kept on falling from a cliff and crashing underneath the other side of the ramp that I was supposed to land on. That lasted around 35 seconds, everyone went right past me, and I lost. I had bad wifi, but I don't think it affected my loss. I also went rlly fast somehow, but that was before I was stuck.

Fix this issue. After I finish the event race, it doesn't scroll back to the car you last used because of that I have to scroll back to that particular car manually to redo the race which takes time. It used to scroll to that particular car you used before by default in some previous update. Please bring that feature back.

The Koenigsegg Jesko special event is absurd and full of bugs and unjustified requirements. It's a veteran car in Asphalt 9 that I unlocked back in 2020, and I still haven't maxed it out. They should have removed it and released a new event without all the problems. But they're offering relay packs to buy the key for those who are impatient, because they know many will buy the key for the Deus Vayanne. But they don't fix the bug with the required time limit, so we have to wait, hoping they'll fix it eventually. But the other bugs that have been reported have affected us, and we even ended up on the list of reported players, with that ridiculous banner still showing the Fordzilla. Then we end up looking like the bad guys for reporting these issues, when it's actually because of us that they even know about the problems! If it weren't for players reporting these bugs, they wouldn't even notice them, because they don't properly review what they're adding to the game.

the minimum requirement phones listed on gameloft's site are samsung galaxy a30, motorola moto g6 plus, and redmi 10a. other phones will work (not necessarily by samsung, motorola and xiaomi), but it needs to be at least as powerful as those, and the gaming experience will obviously not be the best on those

What's wrong with the EVO? If you calculate the minus weight in kg and add a heavy parts on equal, it automatically decreases handling. How is this possible? Bro the moment I went in, I had around 137,000 credits. I collected my rewards from the Jaguar event and the showroom, and when I go in to play, it tells me that another device has logged onto my device, when the only device that is connected to my account is my Xbox. I haven't touched my Xbox in a while (that's a different problem). When I get back into the career lobby, My rewards aren't collected "yet". So I go to the event and collect 1,500 credits, and the showroom as well. But at the same time, I lost 40,000 credits like that. I get out of the app, then back, and it stays like that. Idk how that happened

I don't change really the email I changed the Google account but I still connected with the Gamloft ID and disconnected with Google play and it says acc conflict

Then I changed the E-mail to my new E-mail on every platform.

But i still was connected with Gamloft ID.

But i still play the game and everything normal.
It just pops up when I enter and then never again.

I was 2nd and in Finnish 4th, first two was added in Finnish, there was nobody in game!! And this happens all the time !!

Multiplayer keeps crashing and stealing deposits and it happens repeatedly, in my case it stole almost half of my deposits, I see the problems with the events, you guys barely give out credits, we need credits, now before this season ends cars cost the same to upgrade and you guys are just dropping and blocking more rewards every season.

I noticed that ads multiplier is normally just 3x if prize value reached 7k (especially if it reached 7k or more because of the add-on % from LP / DP / VIP Level perks).

If less than 7k, different ads multiplier seems possible.

What more smoke do you want than the amount we have? They still haven't fixed the bug that causes some particles to be larger than normal, such as smoke, water splashes, and dirt. And this is already the second or third update since that bug occurred.

i think it's either a viewing angle thing (first screenshot looks alright) or a low graphics/weak device thing. the smoke/dust does get very bad in, for example, some parts of tuscany
