Despite achieving new times, they are not being recorded or reflected in the leaderboard. In fact, the leaderboard is entirely blank, making it impossible to track or compare progress. Since the last update there are some touchdrive issues with Beach Landing - as you enter the beach complex and take the left-hand fork, the option to take the barrel ramp on the left no longer appears and the barrel ramp on the right as you exit on to the beach appears but the vehicle won’t take the jump, it stays in the middle of the road.

There’s a bug where names of blocked players in my list have all been replaced with the generic name 'Driver.' When I try to view the profile of a blocked player, an error message 'CANNOT BE DONE AT THIS MOMENT' and 'PLAYER BLOCKED' pops up, preventing me from accessing their profile. The IDs and platforms for each player are still visible.

Basically, I am attempting to receive my

3 of the 4 tasks required and have received 3 of the 4 entries for those 3 corresponding tasks that I have completed successfully!
The 1 task that I cannot get to complete is the “Join the Asphalt Discord Server and read through the #📌・rules section.

Once I read through the #📌・rules channel of the Asphalt Legends Unite Discord Server, it then attempts to connect me to gleam.io, which seems to be the very last step of that particular task to receive my 1 extra entry into the giveaway, however, there is no button that I can click to accept or anyway to move forward from that page, and it seems that would be the only way that I could retrieve my one additional entry into the giveaways.

I can attach a couple of screenshots of exactly what is coming up when I get stuck on that particular task if that is something that would help out. 🤷🏼‍♂️

Did you try changing your default browser setting in your phones settings application. For my iPhone I use brave. And in my settings app I can go into the brave settings, tap default browser and change it there. It’s probably different now since I’m still on iOS 14 lol

Out of curiosity I did some research. And believe it or not (because I didn’t either at first) they are indeed different brands. The original pininfarina was founded in 1930 while automobile pininfarina was founded in 2018

The Starway event always worked like that: get the required cars, unlock the main car, star it up and star up the rest of the cars to keep playing
You even have a possibility every few seasons since it repeats

I know that but I mean there’s nowhere that it says if you star up the main car you’ll get locked out of the next tier. I barely unlocked the lambo evo and didn’t even get to do the second tier cause I stared up the car. So now I missed out on the tier 2 rewards cause the game doesn’t warn you ahead of time. Unless you’ve been playing for a long time, no one would know this.

This is how this game works… I’ve been playing for 4 years and have plenty of cars that are not maxed out. You do it slowly, over time. Now I’m not sure exactly what happened in your case. If you unlock the car, then you go to the next level (so you can get the car to two stars), then third level and fourth level. You can’t Max the car in the Starway event.

I’m talking about the original system before the garage level was put up to 25, when the maximum level was 18, if you were 18, you could only get the Chiron with tokens, you will have been level 25 when you saw the Chiron for credits. The Aston Martin V12 Speedster is so hard. In order to complete the 902 conditions, you have to grind a LOT. watch 30sec ads, then wait another 20sec for the x to appear, and use a timer to know when the tickets have refilled (once there are no more ads to watch). Some other showrooms, like the Civic Type R, Renault Dezir, BMW i8 and Infiniti Project Black S were pretty decent, and enjoyable. This one isn't... it feels like a chore... 😔. Why even make it hard?? It's supposed to be a game... And the car isn't very useful

Hey man i completely agree with you. This fuel system is simply not functional for a skill game where you need to practice to get good. I will gladly buy any premium pass that removes tickets and gas so I can enjoy this game as it was originally designed and it was like that until Asphalt 8. Just like the Esports events we recently had. Made a mistake? start over. Crashed? try again. I am not sure if many of you are aware of this situation. It bothers me for a while now that high speed cars like jesko, F5 or Devel struggle to pull away from cars that are much slower (100-200 km/h) as it shouldn’t be in reality … so i checked it.
I compared i8 and Devel on straight parts on frozen route and Nile river where both cars can drive consistent at top speed. Considering the i8 has exactly half of the top speed compared to the Devel, the Devel should pass a give section in half of the time. But it doesn’t. It’s around 0,63 of the i8 time. Meaning if the top speed of the i8 is set as a base line the Devel would only go 441 km/h and not 556! This behaviour can also be seen with F5, SSC and Jesko compared to slower cars. And the difference is huge! What’s going on here?

From my experience when I first changed the Graphics Settings it took me around 5 minutes until the game loaded. It hasn’t happened since. Another thing is that most of the Graphics Settings don’t seem to do much. Also there are some bug that I’ve encountered: The transition to look the care from the main menu and career screen is gone; some text are wet to big and the new challenges button on the top menu is a little of centered!

Hey @candid sonnet I think your team should do a deeper inspection and diagnostics for mac users specifically when it come to the graphics. I have the newest Macbook pro 16-inch with M2 Pro chip and it cant even survive 10mins without heating up when using full settings such as 150 resolution, it can use all the other settings if its set to 100 resolution or lower. And when I tried using full graphics the game would load for 10mins before logging in.

Not a legit solution but you can try either getting a cooling pad to go under the laptop or a legit desk fan and point it at the laptop. The most terrible update of all. This is already impossible to tolerate and does not go into any framework. On my iPhone 15 Pro Max, the game does not start... there is an endless download and that's it. I haven't been able to enter the mgru for 3 days. So not only that, because of this download, the phone starts to get very hot. Although before the update, my iPhone was almost not heated in Asphalt. This update is just killing my device. I do not recommend anyone to use this game until it is updated on the iPhone. It's just that because of the pathetic game, there are so strong overheats when entering the game… This is at least not normal, but if my battery starts to degrade because of this? Will Gameloft personally give me a new phone or what? At a minimum, you need to check your updates, and then release them. It's just a shame!

I’ve been trying for about 24 hours here and there just to load up the game and get to the main menu on using my iPhone 13 Pro Max (running iOS Version 18.1) that I’ve always played Asphalt on w/minimal issues ever until roughly the past 24ish hours.

It’s a real bummer too because, not only am I missing out on playing pretty much the only game I play on my phone but it’s also one of the very few good mobile games I’ve found that is comparable/better than a lot of console games that you can also truly compete across pretty much all platforms!

I’ve only tried in a handful of times since 9am EST this morning, but everytime that I have tried to load up the game, it never loaded in to the game or made it to the main menu.

UPDATE: I left the game open while I typed up this message to you all and when I went back to the game, it actually made it to the main menu!
When I tried to claim any of my rewards, it popped up “network not syncing” and popped up this error code.
When I went to try to race, the same thing happened.
I don’t wanna close the game out
yet, I can’t do anything so it’s kinda pointless to keep it open. 😭

Maybe do that and create a new one, then start afresh with that new Apple ID and a new Gameloft ID as well. You can just log back into your normal account after that

@median dagger only customer care can help, if you don't have your player ID there's not much to be done, but if you're in a club, ask your teammates to check your ID for you, or if you have friends in game they can also check your ID, alternatively in that warning page there is a customer care button, sometimes when you click CC through the game the ID gets automatically logged in the request as it's pulled from the game so maybe try and see if that also works if the first 2 options don't help you
