though my general tip for the fight is to kill Asterius first. Theseus is much easier to deal with when there isn't a bull-man running around the place with a giant axe

You'll want to avoid getting Theseus too low too early, his summon can be even more annoying with Asterius still chasing after you.

However, if you do happen to do that, switch to Theseus if possible and end him asap. He's open to attacks while summoning, you'll see his phase shield thing go down, great time for a call/greater call.

Also, Artemis call and the charge shot hammer for the shield both go through his shield and the great shield enemies' shields, it makes fighting them much faster.

Imo the best strategy is to target enemies with low health totals and to steal his kills by targeting ones that have a scythe over them or push them out of the big circle.

You can get one Blood from the first boss using each weapon, another from ||Hades|| using each weapon, and ||repeat by using the Pact of Punishment after winning a run||

Protip: starve your reroll mirror perk for darkness at first and get that contractor upgrade

Having 1 or 2 at the start and being able to pick up more along the way is veeeery valuable

And that’s a lot of darkness you can put elsewhere in your mirror while you’re still building it up

Even having 0 darkness invested but having the upgrade lets you have 1 or 2 keys at least over a run for clutch rerolls

Only putting a little darkness into that perk + having the contractor upgrade buys you the bootleg, sawn-off version of the fully upgraded perk

And those reroll perks are very, very expensive to max

So you can spend that darkness elsewhere in your mirror to make yourself more powerful while you save up
