Since I mainly use the Shield, though, I do a lot of blocking, and I’m not as reliant on dashes defensively.
I have a tendency to switch off of Ruthless Reflex for other weapons.

look for aphro/dio attacks as that'll instantly activate privileges, you can also take poseidon's attack boon and look for the rupture boon (it also works with your shield's knockback i think)
Athena's dash is always good, but so are plenty of others
