I get Artemis/Athena combos pretty easily doing that but I think the game believes they have synergy so there seems to be some bias there

Keep a solid track of the skulls before the release their waves - they are what create the opportunities for you to lose focus and mess up badly. Try to avoid dashing in the same direction as the movement of the wave as well - if you're below the skull as it detonates, dash upwards for a much easier and larger timing window to pass through it, for example.[REDACTED]'s swings are very predictable and lean on their huge range to challenge you instead, so keep a small distance from him at all times. It is worth noting that he will move forward as he does so, so try to dash to either side of what direction he will move, instead of directly towards or away from him. The urns created in phase 2 count as traps, so Athena's Sure Footing boon could be of use to you. Remember to keep your Bloodstones lodged in him as often as possible for the damage bonus, too - upgrading that to max in the mirror is immensely good for newer players against all bosses.

Hey! I just beat the game and am wondering if I can get more titan blood and what to do with the ||thing you get for killing senor bull and spear guy||

you get two titan blood once per full clear from two bosses, you can get more via clearing with another weapon or higher difficulty
if you have issues clearing the game you can use the Ambrosia you get from the elysium endboss fight to trade it for blood at the wretched broker in the house of hades lounge
you will only need it later on to gift beyond the locked heart for most npcs

The best builds for me I've found is Tidal dash from poseidon and any sort of doom/critical boons from ares/artemis on shield or sword, but that first Elysium boss fight seems IMPOSSIBLE

i'd suggest you focus on the bull first and try to get him farther away from the other guy to not have to dodge his spears :)
