Ol' reliable is Athena. Athena on attack, get Exposed for bonus backstab damage. You can also get the boon that makes your deflects deal more damage too, and you're already mostly set. If you get yourself Aphrodite aswell, then you get Weak, which allows you to deal even -more- damage. And if you get the duo that makes your cast benefit from your backstab bonuses, then you're even -more- solid.
And don't forget Shadowy Presence's fixed +50% backstab damage.

|| Demeter Attack || stacks Cold like nothing else, as we know. But there's also this nifty little thing, || Arctic Blast ||. Bursts your Cold after reaching 10 stacks, and also deals AoE damage around your target, which is mad. But this gets even more ridiculous. Say you had an Aphrodite core boon, such as dash or aid, yeah? And then had || Demeter's || cast. You could then theoretically get the duo boon which makes the cast || track you for 4 seconds ||, which makes this even stronger.
Oh and also.
|| Glacial Glare || makes your cast last longer and || inflict Chill ||, making || Arctic Blast || even stronger.
And I'm sure you can piece together the rest as you go.

Yes, ||say the lowest heat required was 3, then you'll have to complete 2 more runs at heat 5 to actually get the reward for heat 5. First you'll get reward for heat 3 and then for heat 4.||

Unless you do certain very specific things there are a fixed number of chambers for the first three biomes.
Boss 1 is (almost) always in chamber 14, Boss 2 at chamber 24 and boss 3 at chamber 36 if I'm not mistaken.
The only thing I know of that can extend it is if you take a gate in the room immediately before the last shop in the zone, as you never get to enter the zone boss fight without either the shop or it's alternatives.

generally skulls have either higher class enemies and/or enemies with armor. i believe there's a colored arrow to the right of the skull that also shows how hard it would be. i distinctly remember a skull with a red bar in asphodel, for example

after || Theseus throws his spear, that's a good chance to get out from cover. Once he retargets you, that's when you hide again. For Asterius, it's not quite a full 360 iirc, generally dashing directly behind him is a safe bet ||

It definitely can deflect melee attacks (as can all Deflect abilities) but I'm not 100% how that actually works. @gray haven could probably answer that a bit bettter

The way deflect works is that you can't deflect attacks that hit you. You have to deflect before they hit you, or you need to get out of the way or be invincible and deflect.
Dashes give i-frames, so that lets you deflect anything that's deflectable if you have Divine Dash. But the startup and recovery of your Dash is not invincible, so you still need to time your dashes.
Dash-Strikes don't have i-frames. If you press Attack during your Dash, you cancel your Dash into a Dash-Strike. So as soon as you press Attack, you're no longer invincible. You still get the Deflect box around you, though.

Last time I used the ||Myrmidon bracer||, it showed a small symbol whenever it reduces damage.
Quick dash has a relatively short window, although I can't say the exact value. About half a second, I'd estimate. If you succeed, you will see a small prompt showing the healed amount in green digits, so it's pretty clear when it happens.

@broken anvil you can "grind" the lower difficulty levels to get the key high level resources (Ambrosia and Titan Blood) it will just be more time consuming....in a "Farming Run" you should had a weapon that you are confident in playing without a lot of boons to add to it, and then selecting gold, gem, key, and nectar rewards whenever possible for two points, there is always a diamond (1000 gold) or Titan blood (1500 gold) in the final shop, and the rest of the resources can be traded up between runs at the broker

Do you have death defiance?
Just as a tip. You need to always be on the run. Dont stand still and dont fight her close for too long. Engage and disengage fast. If you like to use the shield you can just bull charge her over and over.
Bull rush also blocks any incoming damage from the front. This might help you also in lag. I think only Megs red fields can damage you in this form, if you are facing her.
The rest gets blocked.
If you have problems with the enemies before meg you could also try to switch death defiance to stubborn defiance.

@frigid fern there is no point in the game where you might "suddenly" want Titan's blood and not be able to convert your ambrosia to blood at the broker, there will however be times something might want Ambrosia, and you only will know this if you have it, so I would recommend you don't covert until you are going to spend it.......for instance if you want to do a Titan blood upgrade and have 2 Titan Blood and 1 Ambrosia, wait.

Ambrosia is the latest game currency you're offered. You usually can't use it within the first hours of a save. And you only need a couple of it initially in that time frame.

gems are way more useful than titan blood considering that you can always exchange ambrosia for titan blood at any time.
I'd definitely exchange titan blood for that many gemstones as 250 gemstones is quite valuable considering how hard it is to get very many gems each run.

It's a bit more tricky tbh. Early on you may want to hold onto titan blood, and later gemstones are used solely for vanity
However, titan blood also becomes obsolete when you grind many bounties and upgrade everything with it

The main reason why that trade can be risky is that if you exchange through broker's regular trades, titan blood is worth 1000 gemstones. 250 gemstones for titan blood is clear theft of a deal normally

Again it depends. Titan blood loses all of its value once you upgrade every weapon. So at that point trading it for something as hard to get as gemstones doesnt seem that terrible. irrc gemstones can only be acquired through fishing and resource rooms(which only give about 20), at most the legendary fish at styx gives 150 gems. So gemstones start to become more desired the longer you play.

I think it is a good deal, when you have allready beaten the game at least once. I needed my titan blood before i unlocked heat so i could access at least some of the weapon aspects.
And you only can unlock 6 titan blood without the trader before you beat the game once, so you are rather limited in this regard.

If you're in the early part of the game, sellling titan blood for gemstones is going to hinder your progress.
I could understand maybe people doing new saves wanting keys earlier, but certain weapon aspects make getting gemstones and keys a lot faster.
