Target asterius first, as Theseus phase change becomes extra annoying if the bull is still alive
-keep watch on the bright pink cursor on zagreus to know when to hide behind a pillar or dash to dodge the spear throw
-asterius leap atk is best dodged by dashing through him
-the rush atk is dodged by waiting at the pillar and dash through him so he crashes against it (also works with the walls/Theseus)
During Theseus phase change just keep dashing back and forth through him as he can't block during it, allowing free dmg

To dmg theseus wait for the spear throw, dodge it and hit him while he retreats
Or go near him so he does his spin atk, dash through it and start hitting

Just try to be deliberate. You can't be aggressive until you know how to the game works really well, otherwise you're mostly gonna be mashing. Try to learn the patterns and what works well with what weapon. Also remember that dashes have full iframes, interrupting them with an attack makes you vulnerable and strips your iframes, it's very important to use your dashes well to avoid enemy attacks.

Later on once you unlock more of the mirror and learn about builds you'll have an easier time

The message above also applies to you most likely, the dash info is something the game doesnt tell you. For sword you're generally gonna be dash-striking and only that, no standing attacks. Your rythme will be Special -> Dash strike -> Dash strike. Try to do it in a way where your first dash strike makes you go through the enemy so you end up behind them that way you're harder to hit. You can go for builds if your mirror is upgraded a bit, the biggest safety for sword will be Divine Flourish above all else so even if you're just winging it with no build, take Athena's keepsake in Asphodel to try to get the Flourish.
For fists it's somewhat similar, the gimmick is that your attacks stun enemies if they're unarmored, doesnt apply to bosses so those will be your biggest weakness because they test your pattern knowledge since you need to get pretty close to get some dmg going. Fists attack is pretty fast so you should try to pair it with a flat dmg boon such as Zeus, Dio or Ares. Zeus is probably the easiest to play and can do good dmg without much effort, you'll just need to grab a couple supporting boons like a dps call or Jolted etc. Divine Dash will be really nice for safety so you can force her in Asphodel aswell.

For sword attack a lot of options can work depending on the aspect but I recommend flat dmg ones

There are some limits on boons that can be upgraded that'd always apply. For example, Hermes boons can never be upgraded. I don't think there's an easy way to tell which ones are upgradeable and which ones aren't, but the main 5 boons are always upgradeable, while support boons may or may not be. AFAIK there are no restrictions on which boons can be sold, even if it'd make another boon useless.

Some are stackable, some aren't. Ares' doom isn't stackable, Dionysus' hangover stacks up to 5. Both of these can be changed with specific boons, however. Zeus just provides a flat damage bonus rather than a status effect (though, a specific support boon does add a status effect, an unstackable one).

Nyaanyaa's Fishing Guide
There can only be three fake bobs, so the fourth bob is always real if the first three were fake. Fake bobs have an interval of 2-5 seconds while the real bob has an interval of 1-2 seconds. So if it takes more than 2 seconds, it should be a fake bob. Meaning you should look for the real bob within a short time after you start fishing or within a short time after a previous bob.

Personally, I just look for the white flash above the bobber and ignore the bobber itself. Some players have said they have better success when putting their thumb on the bobber to not get distracted by that, so maybe you could give that a try.

A Perfect Catch means catching a fish within 340ms. Perfect Catches are 50/50 on being a legendary or rare fish. Any other catch is 50/50 on being a rare or common fish.

keep playing on a weapon you like or try out the ones you haven't in a run. Each run actually helps you in the next run not just in terms of skill level, but also the amount of darkness you have which are used for permanent buffs. Hope this helps!

at that point you can do a run in like 20-30 minutes, and even less further on

so it's just a matter of getting to that point

In my case the dash can deflect. Does that mean my dash itself makes foes exposed? How does that work since the dash does not really intereact with enemies.
